"My 9-year-old son ordered a burger that took a long time to come out, but he didn't say anything until he had already eaten half of it. However, the manager replaced his meal at no charge, gave us a 30% discount on our bill, and threw in free chips and guacamole. I was very impressed with the customer service - 5/5 stars for that. The food was delicious, but having moved from San Antonio, Texas to Lincoln, I can't give it the top rating. It didn't quite live up to the authentic Tex-Mex cuisine I was used to. I will definitely be returning and recommending the restaurant to others."

The food is really tasty when it's served fresh! I went to this restaurant with a friend last weekend and we ordered a side of spicy rice. Unfortunately, it came out cold and very hard.

The food was delicious, but having moved from San Antonio, Texas to Lincoln, I can't give it the top rating. It didn't quite live up to the authentic Tex-Mex cuisine I was used to. I will definitely be returning and recommending the restaurant to others.

"From the outside, it looks like another tacky eatery in a street lined with tacky takeaways. Walk through the door and pleasantly surprised. A little deli counter, a back room then a garden. The garden overlooks a derelict abandoned overgrown garden. Not a problem, I am used to this in Athens. What is the problem, and I don’t see in Athens, tenants throwing rubbish out of their windows into the garden. It is ideal breeding ground for rats. The local environmental health should investigate, and if needed carry out enforcement action. To sit outside or not? Maybe too cool when the sun went in, and too hot if it came out as no shade. I decided to sit inside, near the back door. A red rose on the table is a neat touch. I was the only diner. Oh but we were busier earlier. Strange how I am always told, if you’d have been here when you weren’t here, we were busy. The menu was singurly uninspiring. Why panini’s? Everywhere does paninis. I have never understood why. Or pasta. The choice penne (which I don’t like), or spaghetti (which I dislike slightly less) I chose spaghetti Bolognese. It arrived seemingly quick. I was asked when I placed my order, did I wish for Parmesan cheese? It was added in the kitchen. Usually brought to and added at the table. Spaghetti Bolognese is not an Italian dish. It was an artificial dish with elements of North and South. The spaghetti mediocre at best, the Bolognese sauce excellent. I was going to leave but decided to stay. I chose tiriamasiu for dessert. Coffee, Illy, no thanks. For coffee walk to Madame Waffle or Coffee Aroma. I visited a couple of weeks ago, the previous week I found closed."

"eating was amazing! more than enough. we enjoyed a good selection of different tapas with a beautiful sangria and of course a dessert. the mood of the restaurant is simply brilliant - we were treated like vips, probably the owner of the restaurant was incredibly helpful and made sure that we were served and feel comfortable. we felt as if he sold value and quality and instead of just having the usual gelding: . they cannot go wrong with this place if they want an authentic, tasty tapas dinner. the price-performance ratio is brilliant. unfortunately we do not live near enough to visit all the time, but if we find our way back to lincoln, we will definitely come back!"

Kine is the apitome of everything great about independent restaurants; friendly and attentive staff, a brilliantly curated menu in a comfortable and easygoing setting. "I visited the Hub Cafe at the IBCC with my daughter for Sunday lunch. I had heard good reports, but was blown away by the quality of the food and the friendly service. We had roast lamb (cooked to perfection) with roast potatoes, brocolli, carrots, creamy mash, and a giant Yorkshire pudding to rival my late Mother's. The portions were very generous leaving no room for dessert. It's not what you expect, The Hub Cafe far exceeds expectations and is well worth a visit for Sunday lunch, corporate and family events. One word sums it up...Superb"

"we had the most delicious meal in this fabulous restaurant last night and it was absolutely perfect. the food was presented as beautiful and tasted as good as it looked. knowing where the food comes was excellent. the nutritional needs appear to be well met when mentioned in advance. the decor, service and ambiente are all fault-free I manage in the rule not three courses, but could not resist the ingwerbread mousse with brombeereis. many thanks for an unforgettable evening, we will be back."
