Stayed at Center Parcs and ordered a take away for collection. Polite people.large portions of all dishes.Best takeaway we have had as a family ..we all agreed. Great quality.Really impressed! Thank you .

We recently ordered Chinese food for takeout and it was delicious. I placed my order in advance and when I arrived to pick it up, it was ready. Everything about the meal was perfect and I couldn't find any faults.

Every year a large family group use the China Moon when visiting nearby Centre Parcs. We pre ordered for 24 adults and various kids, which is a large order. The food was ready on time and was lovely. Perfect for what we needed. Highly recommended if at Centre Parcs or local to the area. View menu

This is a must visit takeaway it is without doubt, the best Chinese/Cantonese Takeaway within 20 miles of Ollerton with no exception, Salt-N-Pepa king prawns are to die for king. Prawn curry is unbeatable, and the vermicelli noodles are the best, I’ve ever heard anywhere in the world , and for that matter, so is everything else on the menu please take my word for it. During our Easter break at Redbrick Lodges, we decided to try China Moon based on a recommendation. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly welcome, quick service, and delicious food. The portion sizes were generous and the overall experience was fantastic. We highly recommend China Moon for its great food, service, and value for money. Just keep in mind they are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays and only accept cash payments.

Best around but expensive. We order from here about once a month we’ve tried all the Chinese takeaways in the local area and this one is by far the best quality you get a decent quantity of meat rather than mainly vegetables and sauce as you do at so many others however the prices are high. I was disappointed on my last few orders that along with other price rises which are understandable given the overall quality of the food they’ve started charging £2.20 for prawn crackers which I think is insane they cost pennies and when you’re already spending £50 on a takeaway you expect those added extras to be thrown in not profiteered on. Ordered into centre parcs we are local anyway and the in house takeaways where fully booked. Average takeaway, expensive and don’t even add a few prawn crackers in like all others they ask you to pay! I wanted the satay chicken, arrived, spicy watery sauce, nothing at all like satay, everyone tried it no one could taste peanuts at all, even our friends in the next villa who didn’t know what I’d ordered I asked what they thought it was and they didn’t have a clue. It had peppers and onion in…. And the sauce was thin and peppery. Wouldn’t use again based on how they handled it, if that’s there version of satay chicken then they need to google satay chicken recipes.

I cannot recommend China Moon Chinese takeout enough! We were a group of 30 at a hen party looking for a restaurant that would deliver, which proved to be a challenge in our local area. However, China Moon kindly offered to deliver due to our large group size. Their service and communication leading up to the event were excellent, with regular check-ins to ensure everything was in order. On the day of the event, we had some timing issues due to entertainment, but China Moon was extremely accommodating and flexible. This was THE best takeaway we’ve ever had!! EVER!! We’re staying at Sherwood Pines and it was just a 4 minute drive away to collect. The food was very fresh and really tasty. I think the chicken may have been grilled instead of fried as it was full of flavour, not in the slightest bit dry and cooked to absolute perfection! We ordered £30 worth of food for 2 of us and there was enough for 4 meals as the portions are generous. (And we’re big eaters! There’s free parking on the front of the shop when you go to collect.
