I've been going to pavillon for 18 years. it is a family-run company which is now managed by the sohn. Of course, it is actually a typical Chinese, but without factory hall feeling and eating is really constant good.

There is no more to say. fairly, an nasi goreng is not now a food that has huge quality differences. very nice and pleasant the very well maintained aquarium with a small interesting selection of fish (not for consumption;-) )

like yesterday in the pavillon. Otherwise it was always good, but yesterday total mass-production. both have eaten buffet, which unfortunately was not filled up. sushi wasn't there at all, then on demand was prepared, which was then immediately empty.

we have been coming to this great restaurant and have never been disappointed. eating is absolutely top and the offer is always absolutely fresh. the service is very attentive and inexpressible, but always present. the price/performance ratio is very good and with one of the best on site.

Excellent menu with lots of great choices. The buffet stays busy so I assume it's good. We're not the biggest fans of buffet dining so we always opt for the menu. I especially like the curries and my spouse is a big fan of their lo mein. We have been here a number of times and have never been disappointed. View menu

I have come here on multiple occasions, including a company dinner. The buffett is wonderful, there are various Asian dishes, ice cream, soups and tasty desserts. There is also a grill with the option of bbq-ing shark and other exotic meats. Staff is always very friendly. Just be patient with refills when the restaurant is fully booked.

on Saturday evening we had two to eat.We went more out of coincidence and were very pleasantly surprised.A nice receptionist greeted us very kindly and led to a table of our choice. the ambiente is pleasant and well maintained, beautiful lighting and neat furniture with Chinese touch. We decided to use the Mongolian buffet, white wine and mineral water. the drinks came very fast and were well cooled. The buffet was rich, well tempered and everything was fresh. Simply great. The Mongolian grill was also without a tadel. the ingredients delicious and partly unusual. we were supposed to be hot, in the meat offer were also canoes and sharks. From the appetizer to the dessert we were super satisfied....

"Holiday, nice weather and still what to do in Kaiserslautern. We planned our start in Kaiserslautern with a light lunch. We visited Ayame for the first time 3 years ago. It is located in the former JVA Kaiserslautern, which was converted a few years ago into the Hotel Alcatraz. A Japanese restaurant fits well here, because the Japanese garden borders directly on the building. We have free parking in the courtyard. Schlichter hotel entrance, only hidden hints at the restaurant The way to the small restaurant leads past the reception. At 13.45 we entered the small restaurant with few seats and hoped to have a seat. Open until 14.00. A long-term construction site on the way to Kaiserslautern forced us to a rather large detour. We were the only guests, were warmly welcomed by a young man. Our question whether we get anything else to eat was kindly hunted. So we took a seat in the small, Japanese-style dining room and got the menu. Optic hasn't changed much since our last visit. Everything is clean and well maintained, bare tables. Daylight only illuminates the room. Unfortunately, you can't look outside. . The menu surprised me. She was partly handwritten and so completely different from my memory. Due to the advanced time, we decided very quickly: 2 large mineral water € 2.50 Foreway to crumb: Edamame € 4.20 For both of us: Sushi Menu € 13.80: Miso Soup, 3 Sushi Nigiri, 4 pieces Hosomaki, 8 pieces Uramaki Our drinks came immediately and well cooled. A good portion of the salted soybeans a little later. The hot beans in the bowl were a tasty crackling beforehand. The young man supported a (his? wife in the open kitchen. Here I was able to observe how the Misosuppe was tasted and the lady freshly prepared our sushi. That made all a very good impression. View into the open kitchen The steaming soup with tofu insert tasted mild and yet aromatic according to the Wakamealga. After a reasonable waiting period, our sushi were served. Very appealing. The 3 Nigiri classic with salmon, shrimp and tuna. The “Makis” pefect rolled, very good in taste. Overall a good portion, we were pleasantly tired. There was really nothing to complain about for the price. Sushi Menu The young man was very attentive, but to expect from two guests. In between the question whether everything tastes. Wasabi, soy sauce and ginger were handed down. In the case of numbers, the solution for the significantly different menu. The young Japanese couple only took over the restaurant a few weeks ago. This also explained that some processes have not yet been very routined. Stay to hope that the small restaurant will talk to friends of Japanese cuisine. Despite proximity to the city, it is very hidden in the building complex. Running is not coming over here and not every hotel guest likes Sushi. The toilets belong to Hotel Alcatraz, are modern, very clean and well maintained. Restaurant and toilets are walkable and without stairs."
