"the restaurant offers a large and delicious selection of vegan food. even if not all dives are identified directly as vegan, they know very well with vegan nutrition and will be very well advised there. the service was incredibly friendly and has explained to us which dishes are already vegan and can be veganized. a great recommendation is the Thai tee, which is served on request also with kokosmilch and is simply delicious. the vegan ramen (there are 2 sorts) come in huge portions (1,9 l and are full of fresh vegetables. there is a small selection of vegan daifuku mochi that are a dream!"

The shop front is located in an apartment in a residential area. The owner is very nice, but €16.50 for a bowl noodles are a bit happy. Service: Food type: Lunch

fantastic Asian cuisine with vegan dressing. they have a few vegan items that come with many fresh vegetables and tofu. I had the coconut milk curry and my man had the veggie ramen. we both had a lot of fun and tofu. the broth and the curry were both very beautiful. we didn't love the appetizer because he was too dirty. but the meal was fantastic and we will definitely be back. very good service and a very nice little restaurant. Fantastic Asian cuisine with vegan dishes. You have a few vegan items that come with many fresh vegetables and tofu. I had the coconut milk Curry and my husband had the Veggie Ramen. We both got a lot of vegetables and tofu. The broth and curry were both very beautiful. We didn't love the Spring Roll Remover as he was too dirty. But the meal was fantastic and we will definitely be back. Very good service and a very nice little restaurant. I highly recommend it.

"Holiday, nice weather and still what to do in Kaiserslautern. We planned our start in Kaiserslautern with a light lunch. We visited Ayame for the first time 3 years ago. It is located in the former JVA Kaiserslautern, which was converted a few years ago into the Hotel Alcatraz. A Japanese restaurant fits well here, because the Japanese garden borders directly on the building. We have free parking in the courtyard. Schlichter hotel entrance, only hidden hints at the restaurant The way to the small restaurant leads past the reception. At 13.45 we entered the small restaurant with few seats and hoped to have a seat. Open until 14.00. A long-term construction site on the way to Kaiserslautern forced us to a rather large detour. We were the only guests, were warmly welcomed by a young man. Our question whether we get anything else to eat was kindly hunted. So we took a seat in the small, Japanese-style dining room and got the menu. Optic hasn't changed much since our last visit. Everything is clean and well maintained, bare tables. Daylight only illuminates the room. Unfortunately, you can't look outside. . The menu surprised me. She was partly handwritten and so completely different from my memory. Due to the advanced time, we decided very quickly: 2 large mineral water € 2.50 Foreway to crumb: Edamame € 4.20 For both of us: Sushi Menu € 13.80: Miso Soup, 3 Sushi Nigiri, 4 pieces Hosomaki, 8 pieces Uramaki Our drinks came immediately and well cooled. A good portion of the salted soybeans a little later. The hot beans in the bowl were a tasty crackling beforehand. The young man supported a (his? wife in the open kitchen. Here I was able to observe how the Misosuppe was tasted and the lady freshly prepared our sushi. That made all a very good impression. View into the open kitchen The steaming soup with tofu insert tasted mild and yet aromatic according to the Wakamealga. After a reasonable waiting period, our sushi were served. Very appealing. The 3 Nigiri classic with salmon, shrimp and tuna. The “Makis” pefect rolled, very good in taste. Overall a good portion, we were pleasantly tired. There was really nothing to complain about for the price. Sushi Menu The young man was very attentive, but to expect from two guests. In between the question whether everything tastes. Wasabi, soy sauce and ginger were handed down. In the case of numbers, the solution for the significantly different menu. The young Japanese couple only took over the restaurant a few weeks ago. This also explained that some processes have not yet been very routined. Stay to hope that the small restaurant will talk to friends of Japanese cuisine. Despite proximity to the city, it is very hidden in the building complex. Running is not coming over here and not every hotel guest likes Sushi. The toilets belong to Hotel Alcatraz, are modern, very clean and well maintained. Restaurant and toilets are walkable and without stairs."
