"I visited this restaurant today for a quick lunch, and the staff informed us right away that there would be a 20-minute wait for our order. They gave us the option to leave since they understood we were pressed for time. We decided to stay, and our food arrived right on time. It was definitely worth the wait. Many thanks!"

Cutest breakfast spot in the happiest little town. The avo smash toast is the best I've had in Ireland so far! Great espresso too.

Fantastic food, the avocado smash was incredible it! The batch and americano tend to be a little hit-and-miss for a specialty coffee shop. Just found out about the outdoor area, would love to see that used more! View menu

This coffee shop is incredibly relaxing, and both the service and coffee are top-notch. I highly recommend this place, especially since it opens at 10 o'clock, making it perfect for those looking to unwind after a long day.

"I have never left a negative review in my life and I do realize that this is not a Michelin starred Bistro, but dear me, I also think that you can expect some sort of standard when you go out to eat. We went with family on Wake the Giant Weekend . Particularly the best time to visit Warrenpoint and County Down in general. We came to this Hotel recommended by friends. We are from Scotland . It was a two day trip , we stayed at Killeavy Castle . However decided to eat here on Saturday night . But , Unfortunately, the standard at this restaurant was very poor. Where do I start? Having entered the restaurant, we had to wait for several minutes to be greeted, and had to wait 25 mins to be seated for a table we booked a day in advance . It was nearly half an hour over our reservation time , when finally a Blonde Woman managing the diary at the door said that our table is now ready. She greeted us with a fake smile as if she was already pissed off on us coming to the Restaurant. She took us to our table, which was a very small square thing, with not much space for anything, and only about 20 cm away from another table, so actually we might as well join the tables together if we go next time i don 't think so ! . The menu cards ABSOLUTELY disgusting, covered in oil and all sorts of food gravy or residue. We ordered our drinks, and soon enough the 'over enthusiastic ' waitress came back to us saying there will be a 20 min wait on a cocktail would you mind ordering something else instead. The garlic mushrooms I had as my starter, was nothing more than over cooked and almost burnt Tesco 's value garlic mushrooms which cost me nearly a £7.00 ... We ordered our mains and ta dah! six minutes later ?! they arrived. Surprisingly such quick instant service, as if they were sitting at the pass for us to finish our starters . We had fillet steaks which was drenched in OIL, seriosuly, that was almost Steaks in OIL sauce, it was some sort of tepid liquid with an ich layer of oil. When my husband asked for some French Dijon Mustard a surprised waiter pointed out that he was getting drinks for another table so please ask someone else. There was no salt on the table at all and you had to try your hardest to attract someone 's attention to get a bit of salt, which took a while, mu husband had to ask the couple sitting next to us. Honestly, the best bit of food we had there, was the pepper sauce!!!! Honestly, I never complain in a restaurant, because I used to work as a waitress myself, so I know what it’s like sometimes. But Jesus, if you charge people an extortionate amount of money, you must give something back and appreciate the paying customers. The whole thing was a bit like a fast food restaurant focused on quantity of people they serve rather than quality Im afraid. They were more focused on the number of customer they can serve than quality of food . The entire time I was sat inches from the young couple and could hear their entire conversation. I strongly suggest to have less tables there, and give people a bit of privacy when eating and talking and trying to enjoy a meal out. Please focus on quality of food you guys are serving than building up the huge numbers . I will never go there again !!! Don 't be fooled by the photos and publicity. This place is nothing but a hyped up restaurant and the service was very poor. Should have got a takeaway pizza instead ."

"I was in town for a couple days break from Belfast. Have been to Rostrevor many times and usually eat in the excellent Rostrevor Inn but sadly they were not open this Monday. So I tried the Kilbroney Inn. As soon as I walked in, I knew it wasn't going to be a great experience. No greeting; told the bar staff (older woman that I'd like to get a meal. She couldn't have cared less. I followed up by asking for a menu, then took a seat and had a good 15 minute wait before anyone bothered with me. The lackluster service continued up to the moment I took myself back to the bar and asked for the bill, then waited until the slightly more helpful waitress came to deal with it. The whole vibe was unfriendly, like I was disturbing the staff in the middle of something far more important. I watched two other tables, clearly tourists, get much the de treatment...Maybe the place is better if you're a local but there was certainly no charm for the rest of us. The menu has the usual fare...actually, almost identical to the Rostrevor Inn's. (The physical menu has about as much appeal as a phone book; some money spent on a designer qouldnt go amiss! I got a burger and skinny chips. It was not inedible, especially if (like me you knew you didn't have any more appealing option nearby! But it wasn't good either Burger overcooked and tasteless; chips with a slight film of grease. I had planned to stay for a couple of pints before heading back to my room, but honestly, the whole thing was an uncomfortable experience."
