I understood well! 2) finger sauce local aloli and mayonnaise garlic bombettes and combination of lime sweeteners of these local bombettes with these sauces go practically beyond the level of goto I expected! Congratulations really! 3) tagos burrata mortadella smoky local (macelleria santaro martina f and granella pistacchio here turn off the lights and opens a tent of flavors that start from the mortadella never tasted so good in my life the delicious burratina to lick the mustache from the local guides of google 4* level I greet you and I highly recommend this position!"

courteous and prepared staff, clean but cold room at all heated accounts, very salty compared to other premises serving the same friselles.

The menu is quite limited but full of surprises- great ingredients lovingly prepared. It has a genuine local, honest feel to it and a laid back ambience. Not run of the mill.

We spent a few days in Martina Franca and it's surroundings and looked at Cibando our favorite pub to start the evening. What else you need differently from Summer, Aperol Spray and a few very nice snacks...

Actually, we had other plans for our dinner in Marina Franca, but these options were fully booked. Instead, we chose this restaurant and weren’t disappointed. The food was simple and informal and very, very tasty. It is highly recommended.
