"We walked pass this restaurant and liked the look of it. Seven of us went for lunch on Sunday when it opened at 1.30. We eat outside in the covered area but the inside also looked very appealing. Interesting menu with a variety of fish...and steak options, all very much enjoyed. Also a small selection of desserts including a chocolate fondant pudding with raspberry sorbet, a Cava sorbet and a millefeuille. Nice friendly staff, who spoke little or no English but we still managed to understand each other. The most expensive meal we had over our 4 days but a memorable experience and worth it."

Went to this restaurant after reading reviews on trip advisor. We were not disappointed. Friendly attentive service, good food. A very strong 4*.

we started with a cold caña of the beer. some antipasti of ham and seafood. various main dishes well served. large chilled white wine from lanzarote, red wine from rivera del duero. fish pigs, ochs tail, lamb. good food and excellent service.

Unfortunately, it gets worse and worse. we were lammschurken (nice) and bred kalbstähle (woulden better, if not bred) with french fries (obly frosen ling time ago...too ling time, except fries is not what we expect from the restaurant positioning itself as right...high with the corresponding trips.

eating here can be traditional and well done, but a bit expensive and say old fashion. baby pig was nicely crunchy on the outside and perfect inside, but I don't see anything exotic in the small rib bones that would justify the 22 euro...price they get more ambitious eating at half price when they go to the neighboring square.

looking for a good restaurant that would be open on Sunday (many restaurants are closed), we were happy to find this cozy place with a terrace that was warm enough that we could enjoy our food there. we had very good seafood ceviche,... artichoke with ham, Spanish garnel and otopus filled with mushrooms. everything was delicious, and the service was friendly.

Nice interior. We tried their baby pork and oxtails highly recommended! Big portions good we never ordered any starter , so we have little space for tiramisu. Place little bit overpriced. Service could be more sophisticated and friendly (the lady waitress is ......strange).. attantive and warm servise could add some atmosphere to this nice place and give people reason to come here more often (there were only 8 people including us)

This year March was quite cold in Santa Cruz so we mostly ate inside. Found this restaurant near our hotel and after reading the menu decided to go for it. It was a lucky decision since the food and wine turned out to be excellent...(my husband is still dreaming of the rabo del toro, which was also to my liking in a cold night). The local red wine went wonderfully with the food. Also the desserts were yummy! And the service was impeccable.

Being the only guests in the restaurant during festival times we ordered grilled gambas. Really tasty, to be recommended. The suggested wine was good and the lemon sorbet surprising and refreshing. The nice waiters didn't have much to do and and chatted with each other....We had to wait for the bill procedure, it was quite expensive as we had expected (gambas 22 euro). A nice place with well prepared and beautifully served food, but we expected more attendency and a bit more knowledge in English in this quite expensive restaurant.
