Cloisters - Menu

We were disappointed during our second visit to this restaurant, but our third visit, to which we were invited back, was just as good as the first. The staff were lovely and the food was amazing.

Started with a prawn cocktail. The main of venison was very well cooked i.e. served nice and pink and very tender. Personally not a fan of polenta or the meat pie served with it but they were well cooked and presented.

We stayed at the hotel and went there for dinner the first night we arrived. Staff was very friendly. Food was excellent. We ordered the lamb, poussin, duck breast, pea soup and none disappoints. Good selection of wine too. View menu

This restaurant offers a charming escape from the city's hustle and bustle. Despite its quiet atmosphere, the ambience is enhanced by the magnificent vaulted ceilings. The food was delicious, the service was laid-back, and everyone had a great evening.

Really lovely dining experience with very nice food. Well-managed with regard to Covid 19 requirements. The Bar and Restaurant Manager and the Concierge couldn't have been nicer. It's a cab ride out of central Bath and in a hotel but it's well worth the trip!

Excellent Sunday lunch on the patio. Alfresco dining at its best, and a great view. Starter (Ham hock) and main course (Pork) for me, main course (Pork) and desert (Treacle tart) for my partner. Two courses each was enough for us, so good portions. Wine selection was good also. View menu

Located in the lower ground floor of this lovely hotel, Cloisters offers something a bit different from other fine-dining restaurants. The food is top-drawer and the serving staff are quite outstanding. Expect to pay around £50/head plus wine. Try to get a table by the windows, which offer a view of the hotel's gardens and beyond.

We absolutely adored this restaurant for a romantic evening. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Our favorite dish was the goat cheese panna cotta, which was incredibly creamy. While the food could have been more refined and smaller in portions, we still had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary and enjoyed our dinner overall.

We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Cloisters whilst staying at the guesthouse. Truly great food and attentive friendly service. There was nothing about our dinner that we could fault, the food was interesting and always beautifully presented. The drinks menu is extensive and the setting will the stone ceiling makes it a wonderful place for dinner. You absolutely will not be disappointed!! View menu
