good, but I recommend to put in the menu also dishes with uncooked vegetables. for example a cous cous with fresh vegetables, tofu and evo oil and a salad, maybe a little bit delicious. this because often vegetarians, as in my case, also like raw vegetables and simple dishes pointing on the high quality of raw material.
