"I don't think I will be coming back to this restaurant anytime soon. I don't want to criticize the establishment, but the quality of the food and service just didn't meet my expectations."

"on the drink card it only shows alcoholic drinks that I find angry to be honest. I asked the waiter for non-alcoholic drinks that they were great, but I think they should put all the drinks on the menu they sell. I came to fry with the family. there is a vegan option to fry,' the wellington. no vegan sites. a vegan dessert. the wellington was nice. with the roasts the sweet comes in separate bowls/plates, so we help ourselves instead of coming on the teller. what they brought was not enough for all of us, so we had to ask for more. they brought more and they didn't accuse us either. I think it was little pricy for what you have. there is only a vegan dessert option. on the main menu it seems more vegan options, but it could be even more. it seemed quite loud from the kitchen to scream and the staff was nice, but quite busy. there are quite a lot of stairs here, I notice everyone up or an accessible toilet, maybe I missed them."

"one of the best (if not the best) caffes I have ever made. for beginners it has a warm, welcoming and community feeling, it is animal-friendly, the workers know the menu inside, amazing coffee and they serve alcohol! (so try to taste the tequila hot chocolate if I don't drive). the owner is lovable and has customer service perfected. then the menu Cheese Toasties, everyone you can imagine and with amazing combination of aromen and options. genie. this place is really a hidden gem and I would be there every day when I lived closer!"

"I visited Picanha for the first time in December, just after the second lockdown was lifted. I was disappointed with my experience as it did not meet my expectations. As a fan of Fazenda, I am familiar with the concept and the food they offer, but this location fell short. While the meat selection was good, we encountered issues with the vegetarian dish being undercooked twice. Additionally, most of the sides were overly oily and had far too much salt. The service was another letdown; we had to wait a long time to order drinks or extra sides, while the wait staff appeared to prioritize tables that ordered expensive wine or champagne. Despite spending £100 on lunch, we felt ignored and expected better service."

"Love this place. My wife and I had reserved a table here on Saturday night after a day at Chester races. The food was first class, as was the wine. Service was a perfect balance of being engaging yet not too intrusive. The atmosphere was intimate and friendly. We will definitely be back when we next visit Chester for the weekend. 100% recommended."

"The only disappointment was where we were seated: people were standing behind us and kept knocking into our chairs because they were very drunk. Perhaps they should seat people who are eating separately from those who are drinking. I had to speak to them to ask them to stop knocking into our chairs. The waitress was amazing, although I didn't catch her name. She kept asking if we wanted our drinks refilled so we didn't have to go to the bar. The food was absolutely outstanding."
