"What a chance to have such a nice place in Besançon (and not only in Paris ! The bakery is completely vegan. The place is small but you can sit on 3 4 tables (and have a look at the vegan cookbooks available or take away. The owner is also nice and speaks english. I tasted the red velvet cake (a bit too sweet for me but very fluffy , the yuzu pear cake (delicious, one of the best pastries that I ate since I went vegan ! and the chocolate double cookie (also very good . Some cakes are quite original. The pastries are not too expensive (but certainly not cheap . A good value for money I would say : There are also hot drinks such as coffee or tea (from the organic French brand Les jardins de Gaïa and syrups from a local producer with original flavors (as far I remember . The location in the Rivotte neighborhood is great, close to the Vauban Citadelle and the city center. Ps : the vegan restaurant Gloria Mea Fides is pretty close to the bakery. I will surely come back to discover all the pastries from the bakery."

a very small shop, and wonderful things in it: truly innovative, airy and light pastries, a welcoming and shifty pastry. a besançon-discovered cabbage, where there is only one vegetable bakery to perfect the offer. Be careful, at the end of the day you may not see any choice.

we had cappuccinos with hazelnut milk and the caramelized hazelnut brownie that looked like a chocolate doughnut and the buttercup with chocolate, musamel and pecans. both were extremely rich and delicious. talk a lot with the friendly owner and enjoyed time with their dog kartoffel.

The cakes are very beautiful and absolutely delicious, I recommend 100 percent! superb vegan pastry shop that will delight non-veganians too, 100 percent recommended, beautiful owner too.

We were surprised by a great variety of cakes and muffins in a cosy little cafe. Most offers were not only vegan but also baked with gluten free flours. The creations were imaginative and well done. The taste was delicious with balanced different flavours and sugar was used in an appropriate decent amount.
