Simply the best risotto and bruschetta we have had with nice cool and very tasty aperol. Service was great, and we had absolutely no complaints as the weather was kind and sitting outside was just delightful.

Locals come here for their morning coffee. It is a sliver of Rio Maggiore life each morning that is not overrun by tourists. The owner remembered how I liked my coffee the second morning I came. He is giovial, friendly, and engaging.

Very rude waitress who speaks really badly about customers in Italian, underestimated the fact we could understand. She was loud, rude, drinking beer while serving, at one point some overflowed onto the pizza she was about to serve to someone outside- which then was duly served. The only bad coffee experience I have ever had in Italy. Coffee was weak and cold, when we asked for it to be a bit stronger it came back no stronger but warmer and watery. Give this place a wide birth!

Avoid coming here. Service was terrible and over priced food. After walking around for a while and starved, we gave this place a try due to limited places being open nearby- I wish we kept walking. First the waitress ignored me twice even though I was standing next to the counter. She took the lady behind me’s order and then moved on to the boyfriend who was standing by the counter. After I paid for both our meals they took forever, we finally had to go inside and to ask where are food was (not panini and salad) and they forgot. When they did bring it out I was so underwhelmed. better to skip
