"I have opened this coffee shop since they and literally gave them thousands of pfund hard earned money to support them in their venture. Today I have admitted to get a hot drink on the way to home from work. I left. I have a girl sitting outside and having a faggot. another girl took my order, then went outside to say the barista (the smoker was her) that it wanted a customer a coffee. the barista has messed up like I did in a minute. remember that I went past the way and at this time of the day would only come for a drink. If you're hungry and love great coffee there's no better place to go in Croxley and Rickmansworth than Coffee House and Deli ... the service is excellent and go the extra mile making sure you get the perfect coffee

on eating was nice to wait an hour and a half for a sandwich, then take a first bit and get them a mouthful of grit, opened the sandwich and there is a piece of mud in which whoever made that must have drunk last...Night

Second visit. Pretty much as the first. Almost no communication from staff whilst waiting for service. It’s if you’re bothering them by ordering a coffee. Chat? You’d be lucky. Coffee plonked on the counter on both occasions without a thank you or good bye. Shame...as the coffee is good.

Tried this place for the first time today despite working locally for the last years. Stunning food. One of the best cheese and ham toasties i’ve had, maybe the best cheese and pickle sandwich, berry smoothie was ok. Toastie arrived hot. No doubt i’m...gonna be a regular! Great job guys.

I myself and my colleagues got a coffee and a sandwich today. Despite the fact that she had run out of the broth, the waitress advised that she had sourded brot suitable for the toasties. Now it's hard to get excited by a simple coffee...and toastia of my gott they were good. it is always a pleasure to support local businesses even more so that they deliver so good quality over high street chains. keep good work

I visited the coffee shop at this morning, I ordered an extra hot coffee. The lady behind the counter heated my milk, then proceeded to grab my hand and press the hot container against it asking if it was hot enough! I trust it’s...not usual practice to burn your customers, I couldn’t believe it! To add insult to injury she then started to Lecture me, telling me That extra hot coffee doesn’t taste nice! I happen to enjoy my coffee extra hot and have never had a problem elsewhere. I don’t expect to be assaulted buying my morning coffee!
