"Wonderful food and coffee, as well as fantastic customer service; today we were told that they were 1 chef down during our visit and they were apologetic for any wait times that might occur as a result. Despite this, our food and drinks came out fairly quickly, and we received a free refill of our coffee to apologise for the wait time (despite the fact we weren't inconvenienced by any means). It was so lovely of them to do this, and the staff have always been delightful any other time I've visited"

The restaurant is quite spacious. I had lunch at the café, but they only allow a one-hour dining limit, which feels insufficient. However, the food was delicious and served in generous portions.

We have just spent a great couple of hours with our Megain Nazarene Seniors group at Coleman’s, good shopping and a fab lunch. Thanks to Tina who got all our 20 orders perfect and was very friendly and helpful. Also Jack our great server.

I was really surprised at how big this garden centre was! Has loads of things from butchers, mountain warehouse clothes and a cafe. This store also has pavers shoes and stellar pots. Definitely returning to this garden centre to take a longer look as well as try the butchers.

I visited the restaurant for the first time on Monday and had the afternoon tea, which was absolutely worth it and incredibly delicious. The staff throughout the establishment were very friendly, and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. I'll definitely be back. Well done to everyone! View menu

This is a fantastic garden center with a wonderful café. The restrooms are clean and spacious. They offer a wide range of items, including household goods, crafts, books, clothing, gifts, and food. Some of the brands available include Pavers, Klass, Mountain Warehouse, Belleek, The Works, Edinburgh Woollen Mill, and Ponden Home. Children will love the selection of books, toys, crafts, and games from The Works. The food selection is also impressive.

I stumbled upon this garden center by chance and was pleasantly surprised by its size, variety, and atmosphere. I highly recommend it, and I won't be long before I return. There's a wide selection of flowers and garden furniture available. Additionally, there are several well-known clothing shops in the center, including Pavers, Edinburgh Wool Shop, Classic, and Mountain Warehouse. The staff is very friendly, and they offer free refills on filter coffee in the café.

"I had previously posted a 1 star comment on google reviews due to some issues with my order. I am happy to now change that as my meal was replaced for free the next time I ordered (I ordered 2 meals this time and got 50% off so they replaced the order that had problems the week before). The food was great and my compliments to the chef (even if I did order a garlic Nan and was given a plain one). The reason my review is not 5/5 is because the manager of this restaurant has an attitude problem, he raised his voice to me on the phone which is not acceptable in my opinion, this was when I explained I was not happy with his offer of a few free popadoms and told him what I would be happy with (basically the meal I paid for a week before replaced due to problems with that order and previous orders) when I mentioned I have worked in customer service for many years and this is not how to handle this situation I got a response of… oh so you know better than me… In a cheeky way! On top of that, when I arrived at the restaurant he had the cheek to ask me what my experience was in customer service… I found this rude and inappropriate considering I had just drove from larne to give the restaurant the chance to resolve this issue. I did not get his name, I did ask for it but that was not forthcoming either time I requested it. Just to clarify I have been in customer service for over 10 years, 8 of which in management roles, having teams of 15 20 people work for me dealing with complaints about broadband and software issues, maybe I should have brought him my CV? I appreciate the problem was resolved, but this is because I stood my ground not because it was handled the way it should have been and this managers attitude needs some work. It’s a shame really as I always enjoyed the curries outside of items being missing or the Nan being burnt on occasions, but after that experience and taking a few days to think about how I should share this experience… I doubt we will be going back anytime soon! The girls who work in the place are fantastic, never had a bad thing to say about them and the chefs do a great job with the curries, but being spoke to in an angry way on the phone, then being questioned about my customer service experience was unacceptable."
