The desserts are all gone made, ask for the Zabayon We highly recommend this restaurant. The best we experienced in the region. We ate 40 years more than once we were in three families and it was a fantastic thing that we still remember today and since it is still open I promised to return. .

"Nella settimana del November Porc celebre evento che si organizza in 4 cittadine della provincia di Parma per l'interno mese di novembre abbiamo scelto di cenare in questo famoso ristorante situato a Polesine parmense. In questo mese il menù è rigorosamente fisso e a base di sua maestà il maiale sia a pranzo che a cena ! Si richiede una certa puntualità per l'orario , 20.30 tassative per la cena , questo per permettere alla cucina una qualità e velocità migliore nel servire le pietanze ; ultima cosa importante : il menù costa 40 euro tutto compreso e serviti a volontà! Detto questo, lasciatemi dire che l'esperienza vale decisamente la pena! Vale la pena di fare stradine di campagna non bene identificate, vale la pena di affrontare la nebbia che sembra un muro insuperabile e vale la pena di essere raguarditi da uno dei proprietari perché si è arrivati 15 minuti dopo l'orario colpa ovviamente della fatidica nebbia e delle quasi 2 ore di viaggio che ti ci sono volute per arrivare fin là . Tutto passa in secondo piano , perché per circa 3 ore vivrete il miglior viaggio culinario della vostra vita. Complici un locale molto carino , camerieri gentilissimi e bravissimi che vi faranno sentire come degli amici e ovviamente l'ottima compagnia ma questa ve la dovete procurare da soli . Cosa molto importante: ogni mese un menù diverso ! Noi abbiamo deciso che li proveremo tutti!!!"
