We had a fantastic lunch, as always—the food was incredible! A couple of notable aspects: it's a lovely place to stay, so we've reserved a room for early December to enjoy a night out with friends for our Christmas dinner. Service: 5/5 Location: 5/5.

We went for the sparkle and swim deal for my mum's birthday and it was perfect, she was so happy and everyone was super impressed. The spa/pool gym were lovely and the vegan and vegetarian afternoon tea options were delicious and no trouble, the service was really good and relaxed and there was a great amount of food!! Wow, what incredible service! My wife and children arrived at the Crown Hotel in the midst of Storm Babet, and we received such a warm welcome from Demi at the reception. After a challenging journey from London, Demi went above and beyond to ensure my family felt safe, comfortable, and settled in their lovely room. The boys truly loved their hearty breakfast, and the hotel itself is beautiful. If you're looking for excellent traditional service (which is quite rare these days) in a stunning hotel, look no further than the Crown Hotel. I highly recommend it. The hotel is nice and clean with a friendly staff. The only drawback is the parking situation; since the facility also serves as a health club, it can be quite challenging to find a parking spot. As for the rooms, they were clean and warm. We opted for dinner and found the food to be quite good, but the service was frustratingly slow. We waited over 30 minutes for our main courses, and the extras arrived ten minutes later. It took an additional ten minutes for a glass of tap water to arrive, and by the time it did, half of our group had already finished their meals while the other half was still waiting for theirs.
