I've eaten here a few times over the years. the most recent being lunch today. It's fabulous food, really tasty and well presented. The Cuban sandwich and apple crumble were gorgeous. Excellent meal this lunchtime with family we all absolutely loved our meals and puddings, I had the quesadilla with pork, just amazing I couldn’t manage it all so it got boxed up for me. Been a few times. Food always nice. Service is a bit slow. But overall I'd recommend it . Could do with updating menu as it's been the same every time we've been over the last 2 years. Just been for Sunday lunch. The belly pork was melt in your mouth, great portion sizes. Homemade Yorkshire Pudding and lots of fresh vegetables. My husband had the trio of meats and loved it with lots of roasties as well as mash. I had millionaires chocolate tart for dessert, a great way to finish a good meal. A very lovely meal with our family for Xmas. We all enjoyed our food and the choices were great, especially one of our guests who is vegan she was very happy with the selection. I informed the waiter about the burnt dishes, but he didn’t offer any response or solution. I couldn’t eat my parmigiana because it was too burnt, with the breadcrumbs looking like charcoal. Both dishes were excessively greasy. Our total bill was just over £38, which included a soft drink and tea. I would be cautious about dining here, as the food was less than satisfactory and quite expensive, especially since my partner left still hungry and ended up needing a sandwich later.
