"Excellent value for money, I could have for 35€ a Valentine's menu with cocktail, 2 amuses mouth, 1 tartare of divine salmon in entry, a duck magret with an exquisite orange in dish and a dessert (I'm not going to criticize dessert I don't like sweet in general but my wife loved 5 stars to cook anyway). In short all this in a very quiet atmosphere, ideal to chat quietly with impeccable service, the server has always had the small word, the little attention really a nickel service! Two hours spent without seeing the time spent, I highly recommend the establishment."

Too expensive for what it is. And money surprises we pay more than we had to pay! I'm not coming back.

A good restaurant in service is sober and efficient. The freshness and care for the composition of dishes such as salads or risotto are a very positive point. The only negative remark would concern the waiting time, a little long to our taste.

"My wife and I dined here on a Saturday night (having made a reservation several days in advance), and it was one of the best dining experiences we have had in France in a long time. We reserved for the early seating, showed up on time, and were among the first customers there. We had a small table near the door. The disadvantage is that we were occasionally wafted by a cold draft from the front door. The bigger advantage was that we were sitting near the restaurant's beautiful, precision, hand-operated meat slicer. The specialty starter is beef that has been cured for seven months with seven spices. It is sliced paper thin (and that is no exaggeration) and served heaped on a plate. Heavenly. My wife and I ordered only one of these plates and it was more than ample for the two of us.That was followed by our starters. I ordered the minestrone marocain légèrement épicé comme à Tanger (Moroccan minestrone, lightly spiced as in Tangiers), and my wife the rillettes de crabe aux petits légumes et Granny Smith (shredded crab with little vegetables and pieces of Granny Smith apple). Both were delicious. For our main dishes I had a pavé de cerf (deer steak), which was ample and perfectly cooked. My wife had fish, also cooked to perfection. I don't recall the wine we ordered, but the choice was from wines that were at their peak (not just wines one or two years old), yet the prices were reasonable. One remark about the decore: it manages to be a bit traditional and modern at the same time, with reproductions of paintings by Modigliani and various early 20th-century (mainly French) artists adorning the wall.Overall, a restaurant worth going out of your way for."
