Creperie de l'Oceane

Nous sommes arrivés tard le soir pour acheter des glaces, la patronne du restaurant nous a parlé de manière très désagréable.

Accueil très aimable et attentionné.Nourriture variée et très bien préparée.Le personnel est attentif et prévenant.Cadre agréable.

Wir kamen gegen Ende der Mittagszeit wurden recht freundlich empfangen und bekamen auch noch etwas Gutes zu essen. Wir waren recht zufrieden.

We had a great set menu of 3 courses. Sat outside in the sunshine. Entree of crudites, lovely fresh salad followed by Haddock and then far newton and fab rhum baba. All delicious and great value. Thoroughly enjoyed and recommended.

Wide selection of dishes beyond crepes and also catering for meat, poultry, fish and seafood tastes. Oysters and langoustines were very reasonably priced and helpings very generous. I had about 25 good quality langoustines small to moderate sized) for €15.50. Husband enjoyed his savoury crepe.

Malheureusement je ne peux pas noter objectivement l'Oceane car le chef cuisto était malade donc la carte était réduite. Pas de moules-frites, pas de poissons .. nous avons pris deux salades plutôt simple néanmoins très bonnes. Les crêpes étaient bonnes également. Et surtout les serveuses étaient très accueillantes et sympathique, ça fait plaisir de voir des gens souriants dans la restauration ! Merci :)

Cycled here and passed several bars that did not serve food until we found this place a little further from the sea front. Lunch time special 2 courses for €13.80 or 3 for €17.80. My starter of 3 Oysters, 5 Langoustines and 5 Welks would have cost more than that in the UK. Followed by fish of the day with rice that included several mussels too. 1 litre Carafe of house white €11.80 to wash it all down. All was excellent and good value for money.

We were passing on bikes around lunchtime and it looked so welcoming that we decided to stop. We sat outside and had 2 courses. I had a Roquefort salad with a side of chips and my husband had their moules frites au Roquefort. Service was friendly and very fast. Rhum au Baba and Far Breton followed. Both were generous portions and tasted great. We'd certainly come back if we were in the area. The best bit was that the whole bill was much lower than I would have expected for a seaside restaurant.

Lunch here 9th Sept 2020. Plat du jour was served very quickly. Then we sat and waited 45 minutes seeing other tables who arrived after us being served before us .... no desserts. So People’s plates from their entree or plat was just left on their table. We tried to catch the waitress attention and eventually she came and said that she couldn’t do everything. I tried to explain that if they were short staffed she should let us know and we would understand. But she replied did I want my dessert or not and then made us wait another 10 minutes whilst other waitress served other people. She never apologised. The food was average moules good but frites were very fatty, sauce for aglefin was taste...
