"I almost never leave reviews on Yelp but I feel compelled to do it at this time as me and my family had the worst experience ever at a restaurant last night. We had a reservation at 8pm for 9 people, but we got there way too early, at 7:15pm. All good, we sat down and waited 45 minutes and enjoyed the view. At 8pm, when we had our reservation, we ordered our food. Nothing out of the ordinary as we had 3 kids with us (who got just plain spaghetti and a schnitzel . The rest of the dishes we ordered were salad, pasta, meat and a cauliflower dish. We waited and waited and waited (no apologies from the waitresses. Just kept saying 5 more minutes but after 1.5 hours (yes! At 9:30pm the spaghetti arrived for the kids!! Then they forgot the schnitzel so we had to wait another 20 min. We were eating dinner close to 10pm. Unbelievable. And the food was not that outstanding. Definitely not worth the almost 2 hour wait. And the worst part: NO apology, NO explanation and not even a discount on our check. The manager was eating at a table nearby and didn 't seem to care one bit for the rest of our party. NEVER going back to this place."

This was definitely the hangout place in Koblenz with the beautiful view and great people.Drinks was definitely good, the amazing wine!Food was tip-top.Again, the view. Probably the best way to relax next to the Rhine River,Will definitely be back and highly recommended. View menu

Met some colleagues at the hotel, delightful bar with some character. Unfortunately it was raining so didn't get to sit outside and enjoy the lovely view of the Rheine and Koblenz. Dinner was surprisingly good. Nice menu with a combination of standard German and European offerings. Dining room was nice. Service fine.

The hotel is nicely furnished and the rooms for the night were also very modern and good. The meeting room Rheinblick, on the other hand, has come very technically to the years and urgently needs new furniture. Breakfast was rich in a cozy dining room.
