"I’ve been there on several different occasions over the past years. Never had a complaint- well a funny one once- however I haven’t been there for at least a year and took a chance with some business friends important to us. Hey menu was...changed and we had a variety of great dishes- wow this restaurant was even getting further improved although I didn’t believe it’s possible at all. It’s not a cheap pizza place- expect a ristorante with value for your money and yes it’s worth while leaving some there. Enjoy the visit there In case you like to learn about this complaint...years ago I had a biz friend as guest who did wanted to avoid alcohol by religion. So he was ok with a alcohol free beer. On the refill we ordered he was served a beer with alcohol by mistake. Big desaster- he had a great evening- cheers"

Lovely old building which gives the restaurant a lovely ambience. The food was lovely and the staff very friendly. They are also taking the COVID precautions seriously so we felt very safe

We have dined here several times. We loved the food here. My favourite is the Ravioli with Spinach and Ricotta. Sehr lecker! Everything is perfect, the restaurant ambience, the food, the service.

Everything is good here, from starters (raw ham, burrata, mozzarella, grilled veggies and various seafood) to main dishes, wether pasta or meat/fish. All prepared and cooked in perfect italian tradition. A bit pricey, but worth a visit.

The food was both and stars, however the service was definitely stars I.e. Both Friendly and professional. We hadn't booked a table on a Saturday evening but the staff arranged a table for us. The ravioli was ok i.e. stars and...the veal was stars.

This is one of the best restaurants in Braunschweig and I highly recommend the drive to the outskirts of the city for an authentic Italian dinner experience. Great wine selection, service and Italian classics. Can't go wrong with the linguini with shrimp or truffles. Definitely coming back for a quite and relaxing dinner atmosphere.

If you are looking for authentic, delicious Italian food from Puglia, look no further, this is the right place for you. Staff is incredibly sweet and helpful and I always feel very welcome when I visit my parents that live close by. I live in...London with my boyfriend and we have been to many Italian restaurants all over the world, but we are always very happy to come back to Da Piero. The food is consistently very good and you can enjoy a lovely Italian atmosphere in a beautiful traditional house (or there is also a lot of outside space).
