"A small order of onion rings, a (very very small Stromboli with a medium cup of sauce, and a “quart” size fountain soda ran me $12.56. I only wish I had taken a picture, because that’s the only way you would understand how disappointing this meal was. I have frequented this shop many times in the past but it seems like every time I go in there, the portions get smaller and the prices get bigger. The stromboli – which is my favorite in the area – was just pitiful. Tiny. I would be surprised if there were more than a couple ounces of meat and cheese inside it. It tasted fine; it just wasn’t worth nearly seven dollars. My husband already boycotts the place because of the ridiculous prices. I think Debbie’s only stays in business because they have a loyal following in the area; they’ve been around for 25+ years. For me, the only reason I still go there is because A. it’s a convenient place for me my friends to meet every couple of months and B. I really do love the taste of the stromboli."

Food was not even close to what I expected when I saw the prices, ordered a cheesesteak sub and what I got was a steakum on a hot dog roll. Also everyone that worked there seemed angry at something. Never again

Debbie's is our favorite place to bring out-of-town friends. We love the setting which is like our home away from home. We feast on the aroma as much as the food. The pizza is the BEST, clearly in a class by itself!

Decided to see for myself. Went at lunchtime. Wasn't busy, service was fast, polite and with a smile. Ordered a sub. Absolutely nothing wrong, but nothing special either, grocery store bun, could have been just as satisfied if I'd made it myself. View menu

The food is acceptable, but the prices are steep. My son really enjoys the pizza, but we find it hard to justify the cost when there are other local options available. One thing that sets this restaurant apart is their selection of soups, which you can't find at other pizza places in the area.

My husband and I rarely eat at Debbie's Pizza, but decided to stop by one Friday. Our total bill came to over $40 for the both of us. We ordered 2 large milkshakes, 2 large sandwiches, and 2 sides. The milkshakes were fantastic, and the sandwiches and sides were good too. On another day, my son and I purchased 3 large milkshakes for $15.

I have dined at Debbie's multiple times in the past few years and I have ultimately decided that I will no longer be patronizing their establishment. While the food is made with fresh ingredients and tastes good, their prices are outrageous and the service is extremely slow. Though their Stromboli is delicious, the long wait times and high costs are not worth it for me to keep coming back to their restaurant. View menu

If you want a good sandwich, Debbie's is the place to go in Manchester. If you don't mind the calories, the bacon cheese fries are fantastic. The pizza is good, as is the stromboli, but be aware they put mustard in it. We found that out the hard way. The menu is quite varied, and I've really only had good food there. The biggest drawback is that there are no free refills on drinks. Everyone but Debbies gives free refills.

The chicken Parmesan sandwich was tasty, with plenty of meat and a flavorful sauce. The house-made chili was just as good. The garden salad was a disappointment, mostly iceberg lettuce. My friends' pizza looked quite good. Ice cream and ice cream-based treats seem to be the high note. The mint milkshake was perfection. Staff is friendly, but food service is a bit slow. It's not a fast food joint! Worthy of a repeat visit, for sure.

"Our second visit was even better than our first and that was great! My wife and I visited the Puckersley with friends who live close by. It was our second visit and we remembered that the food was good. A new menu had been introduced just that evening (Friday the 13th) and I noticed a selection of “Rice Bowls” from which I chose the King Prawn option. I can’t fully remember the menu description but it was something like “Salt and Pepper Spicy King Prawns Rice Bowl” MY GOODNESS! I have eaten in some fancy places and never have I been more surprised and delighted by a dish than I was that night. It was served beautifully, the prawns were lightly battered like Tempura prawns they were on a bed of egg fried rice surrounded by a lovely sauce containing goodness knows how many different chilli peppers and beautifully diced vegetables. It was even more enhanced by some greenery (sorry, i forgot what it was) which reminded me of a lightly fried rocket which just melted in your mouth. The dish is a TRIUMPH and must not be missed. I look forward to trying the other versions of this dish on our next visit and we will certainly visit again. Our friends ordered steaks which arrived cooked exactly as they requested which is unusual in itself but not, our friends say, at the Puckersley! My wife could only look enviously at my bowl but fortunately reported that her Scampi was excellent too. The waiting staff (All girls as it happened) were very happy, smiling and extremely efficient too. DO NOT MISS THIS PUB, IT IS A GEM."
