"we were here with a 7-member group from the German language school. 3 people had the burger with round wobble ring like kartoffelpommes, which they all enjoyed. a person had the asparagus special with hollandaise, which she enjoyed very, a large portion; I had the asparagus bureau - economical,- cheese and speck strips in a run-up, very saturating, without space for a dessert afterwards and very good! my salat came into a side dish, which facilitated eating. my spouse had the scarlet, prepared salmon to Norwegian art, with potato baggars, that are fried round potatoes he liked. almost everyone had mineral water or still water that was in bottle and cost only 2.30 euro. the school administrator who accompanied us brought us here because it is a local well known place, small with enough seating outside and inside, moreover the service is good, eating hot and tasty, and we got a small appetizer as a gift from the cafe. I would recommend this hotel because it is very pleasant and away from the exited paths."

Bamberg, a UNESCO site, charms with medieval architecture and its iconic smoked beer, Rauchbier. Savory dishes like Schäuferla (pork shoulder) and Franconian bratwurst are local culinary highlights.
