On this Sunday, two formulas were offered: a menu at €29 without choice, a menu at €39 with a choice between three proposals for each dish, including those of the simple menu. The foie gras was one of the choices offered but not possible because the avian flu had not allowed its supply: it should have been replaced in the menu.In addition, we enjoyed the gaspacho with coriander, with a few sprinkles and smoked salmon and a cold black riceotto, served with a large hot slices of ham of Corsican pig. We would have liked not to find riceotto in the accompaniments of the different dishes that were the same. the other two guests loved the sandal net and the roasted calf square with the bits. On the other hand, a large part of the duck (name duck), which was served to me despite the avian flu, was not guilty. he was not accused of a crime such as the one described above but he was half-cooked as should have been the foie gras. I was told, when I observed it when it was asked, that I should have ironed it to the stove. It was too late because I always try to eat what was used to me without requiring a return to the kitchen, the chefs and their clerks to master the cooking. Having not chosen a match of ice creams and sorbets, I liked the chocolate melt, accompanied by a ball of a good sorbet in the blackcurrant."

very well located restaurant with a beautiful view. homemade cocktails with or without alcohol are very good. the wines offered by the server were consistent and very good. On the other hand, we expected better when we saw the master conservator plate and the price level. the shrimp bisque was fade and very liquid and unfortunately the accompaniment did not allow to compensate for this effect with the sander. The entrance and dessert were satisfactory but not surprising enough for this price level.

We had already come four years ago and had loved it. Very original kitchen with unexpected things (pepper ice cream. and lots of herbs and spices. We went back yesterday and we were a little disappointed. the menu at 29€ seems correct, but the menu at 39€ is far too expensive knowing that we found the same dishes as at 29€ more other dishes a little more refined (but 39€ for white butter sander it is too expensive. the quantities are correct but no more, a mouthing is proposed, but if you take a home aperitif at 10€ per person you will have nothing more to snack. not to mention the supplement to 5€ for the foie gras in the menu at 39€, at this price there are expected foie gras without extra...
