"The food is a restaurant as it always existed and exists everywhere at any time. The equipment fluctuates between rustic and other, the audience consists of almost all ages. In the rear part there is a bowling alley which is always well visited and is therefore fully booked in the long term, where you are perfectly supplied with beverages and salty thick manufacturers for a place such as the Biedenkopf. But now to the restaurant. Here it can happen to you that several alcoholic beverages (in this case wines) are sold out without the staff. The rest of a bottle of aperetif was then crowned out of embarrassment and wrote half a glass on one of the two persons who had previously failed with almost every wine order from the card until then. The service moved here and there, but you had to wait for food and that was not the first time because the evaluation is based on the opinion of various people who were together and alone there at different times. Between the order and the time of food intake can happen well and like an hour and more. Reasons (in German and English) we have only one cook. Do other restaurants have more chefs? No, but it's much faster in many places. A small basket with tiny rolls and a fingertip full of quark is now preserved to bridge the suffering time. The quality of food is good at all times. Varied, beautifully dressed, but the plates cook hot (but one is pointed out). The portions are focused on hunger, so satisfaction comes. But if you don't come long, it's the service. Sometimes the guest wants to drink or maybe even pay... The latter was the reason for the delay, one would have only one portemonaise. What? The prices for the beautiful evening in a waiting position should actually allow the purchase of several waiter clips without thereby triggering a financial slate. When the bubble presses during waiting, the gear is highly recommended for the clean position. Conclusion: For an aging city like Biedenkopf this restaurant is quite acceptable. You should preorder, parking is available directly at the house and if you actually have everything together (i.e. a l e people at the table have their food and the ordered drinks are also available in sufficient quantity), it can be a nice evening. What would be good to do with the restaurant is a penalty at the time of preparation, the frequency of an intermittent service at the table and also a certain basis of basic knowledge when the guest requests a recommendation from the drinks. I wish the restaurant for the future all the best, even if I no longer return there because of the criticisms mentioned before the age of retirement."

Nice surprise. Food was pretty good, with a nice selection on the menu. The carpaccio and the geese legs were really delicious. With good salad and crispy frits on the sides. The desert was strange. Only ice cream. Place cozy and pleasant. One of the better choices in the area. View menu

evaluation for the bowling alley: since biedenkopfr only very difficult to get out of her small nest, we were here again for Christmas celebration. unfortunately we were pushed into the bowling alley to eat. in the restaurant they sit very well, which they cannot say from the bowling alley. very plucked with much too loud 80s-dance-charts-dudel, the carving open was not worth 19€, even if it tastes. I asked 2x if you could make the music a little quieter because you don't understand your own word. “The other guests want it so.” I go home well. at the next Christmas party in the esse I'm out.

Bewertung für die Bowlingbahn: Da Biedenköpfer nur sehr schwer aus Ihrem kleinen Nest herauszubekommen sind waren wir erneut zur Weihnachtsfeier hier. Leider wurden wir zum Essen auf die Bowlingbahn abgeschoben. Im Restaurant sitzt man sehr gut was man von der Bowlingbahn nicht sagen kann. Sehr eingepfercht mit viel zu lautem 80er Dance Chartsgedudel war mir das Schnitzel offen gesagt keine 19€ wert auch wenns geschmeckt hat. Ich bat 2x darum ob man die Musik vielleicht ein klein wenig leiser machen kann da man sein eigenes Wort nicht versteht. „Die anderen Gäste wollen das so“. Na gut geh ich halt heim. Bei der nächsten Weihnachtsfeier in der Esse bin ich raus.
