"We live outside the delivery area but Dieci has always agreed to come and deliver to us for a minimum of 4 pizzas, which we understand well. However, during our order this evening for 6 pizzas we were received with inappropriate arrogance and the receptionist spoke to us badly and refused to serve us even though we were regular customers. The pizzas are good but the customer experience clearly needs to be reviewed."
