"the divino lies in the heart of castellabate and is perhaps also a bit the heart of castellabate. local and tourist meet. for example, I have witnessed a silver wedding, as in a kitschigen film about German turis in bella italia. the divino is also a bit of German: it is open at the specified time, the service is correct and fast and what is on the map is also available. a weekly changing menu turistico is offered and a manageable selection of à-la-carte feeds. at a total of five I have tried almost everything: start, noodles, fish, meat, dessert. it was all fresh and tasteful and there has never been a chance to go. my personal hit were 4 prelibatezze (conveniences) marinate, but mostly there were five. and also vineria, the divino has an excellent wine card. great selection, great names. I always drank the open white. fits perfectly with the food. after eating I stayed mostly and enjoyed the atmosphere of the local and the piazza. it is also worth looking at the interiors, a small museum with many photos, illustrations and other pictures. with linguistic deficits, the chef and the professional oberkellner speak English. so strong recommendation. and remember: the locals are coming at the earliest at nine, rather by half ten."

good restaurant located in a small town square. very nice owner, as well as the girl at the tables always kind and attentive. good first dishes, excellent appetizers. maybe a little expensive, but all in all you eat very well

good location and good seconds dishes. less good appetizers and much less good risotto with shrimp. I disagree with the other reviews, but maybe I ordered the wrong dishes on the other hand the paper menu was dirty and did not prepare for reading. I'll try again.

by now castellabate has become a tourist destination since the famous film was filmed welcome to the south. we decided to stop for dinner at this resort by choosing the restaurant of the famous square used during the shooting. the restaurant was good. the bread was not fresh.

orsinated conny salad, one of its ingredients is tropea onion. Let's note that she wasn't there. They give us reason by apologising for forgetfulness and propinate us a trivial red onion. We asked for a decaf coffee and they didn't. normal coffees serve them with the wooden shovel. Canna sugar didn't have it. The account on a leaf of the order that to understand how it was complied we put a little. I don't think we'll be back.

divine dinner in the heart of the square of the castellabate. (and not by chance the name of the restaurant drew me immediately despite it was quite late, the boys at the tables welcomed us with education and professionalism. a special thanks to the danile cook and the strangers of the marandrea and francesco who have demonstrated how the passion for their work can really make a difference with regard to the experience lived; before excellent fish (I recommend the scialatielli and ravioli,) fried calamari and shrimp with a rule of art and white wine (white 2021)pazzesco and dessert? The crispy at the pistachio is an explosion of pleasure! recommended!
