"eating is in order, but no more. also the waiting times are extremely long. after 1 hour 45 min. I then got something I didn't order. When I refused to accept it, the waiter also tried to convince me that it was very tasty and I should take it. a new order would be approx. 1 hour. then I canceled everything and made it clear to him that I wanted nothing more to eat. as a reaction he ran a bit around, came back to our table and said only: 10 minutes. After a good two hours, I finally had what I wanted. Apart from this situation, there is still the lack of German knowledge of some employees who constantly referred to us to someone else who then came 5 minutes later. another nogo is the lingerie in Greek, which happened every 10 minutes near us. wrong orders, too long periods of service, etc. all this had to be carried out loudly in the midst of the guests. they also rarely manage to clean up tables without falling cutlery. this is then lower until the end of the stay. my conclusion: never again santorini. incompetent servivce and absolutely no sense factor due to lack of organization and unkindness of the employees among themselves. at least the taste would've gotten out, but that wasn't the case."

"Auch wir waren gestern, am 1. Weihnachten im Restaurant Waldhotel Freudenberg Wilhelmshöhe. Leider wurden wir eingeladen. Vor zwei Jahren waren wir schon mal an Weihnachten dort und dachten eigentlich es geht kaum schlimmer. Gestern das Essen schoss den Vogel ab. Lauwarme Tomatensuppe als Vorsuppe. Die schmeckte wie eine Spüllösung. Es gab Klöße sonderbarer Konsistenz, verwässerte Soßen und Gemüse. Salatdressing zum würgen. Für Kinder erwartet man Pommes oder Kroketten. Nix von alledem. Jede 08/15 Hausfrau oder Hausmann kocht besser als dieser Koch. Eine Schande für das Siegerland. Das Ambiente wie in den 70ern. Alles zu eng gestellt. Man rempelt immer die Nachbarn an....DIE SOLLTEN SICH SCHÄMEN."
