"Driven by the positive reviews, I decided to go to try their kitchen. I never did. As soon as we enter we are greeted by a waiter who makes us sit in the garden. My home garden that was no longer neat and clean, there were Chinese solar lights hanging on the trees now broken and left as ornament of the plant and plastic tables randomly put, now discolored by the sun and the weather. Despite the bad impression we sit with the hope at least of eating something good, but it was not so. The waiter brings us the menus to let us decide the dishes to choose from. After a few seconds he returns to the table recommending the appetizer that we did not want to take. The same, however, insisted that we take one in two to train while waiting for the first. We therefore decide to take only one appetizer, to shake off the insistent waiter. After a while, the chef or owner who had the command advises us to try his super-quoted dishes. I take a plate of pasta with friarielli, anchovies of the cantabrico, raisins and crumbled tarallo, while my partner a plate of patri with the polyp. Second, the chef eliminates the fry I had chosen, telling me that he wanted me to try a fresh slice of swordfish in the Catalan, while my partner takes shrimps. Then we ask the waiter to tell us a few bottles of prosecco. The same mentions some bottles not present in the menu, and then strongly recommend a bottle of Franciacorta rosé. My partner and I decide to take the bottle of Franciacorta and to our request the waiter exclaims saying: here however, the asticella goes up. To this statement I ask him to be clearer with this statement and the same tells me that the price of the bottle was high. I was almost tempted to get up and go away, but we decide not to ruin our day by staying with the hope at least to eat well. The long-awaited appetizer arrives at the table. It consisted of marinated anchovies full of vinegar, an anemic sea salad, a savory smoked swordfish and other incommentable. My wife's pasta was good, as well as the prawns, but mine was inevitable. The pasta was cold, full of liquid with the taralli that were now soaked and the anchovies in the cantabric had never swim. The second then a real disappointment, a miserable slice of swordfish of the worst freezing, without flavor. Then in seeing the label of the prosecco we notice that it was not a Franciacorta, but a counter prosecco. We call the owner to point out that the bottle was not the one we requested and the same reported that it was definitely a distraction of the waiter. Delusi of everything we ask for the account that then turned out of 115,00 euros, very salty for what we ate. I strongly disagree. I will not return."

"after countless, stressful working days, we took a break with the dearest friends and went to visit a location immersed in the mountains Ernici_Collepardo!!!..... was already the time of lunch when we arrived, x which we seized here and the same place, and talking about the natural beauty of the place, but the hunger was incalzava and we put ourselves with the feet under the tables, also because, outside the the reception and simple and genuine, immediately recommend a good starter of the house, with excellent ham cut to the knife accompanied with a white melon, sweet, a delicious ricottina, aubergines with gratin, cheese pecorino, mozzarella, zucchini and exceptional surprise, a pastellate fig and fried, a true leccornia.! our vegetarian friend loses the ham, but the rest was all exquisite and equal x all the first bottle of cesanese of the piglio, arcum, goes away almost immediately and in the expectation that the first arrive, this time equal x all, dumplings to the fresh porcini mushrooms of which we felt the perfume just arrived in the local, gently seasoned to enhance the taste of an excellent raw material, of course to km a small trito of parsley. the ns vegetarian friend who knows the place well, we recommend to marry the second bottle of cesanese with the excellent mixed roast, therefore, sausages, pork, vitella and lamb, then we liked the fresh and tasty cicoria of field ripassata in pan, fortunately without garlic and the delicious potatoes in the oven, that enjoys nothing to you! to close coffee and the mythical, unique and perfumed elder will be a lunch that you do not expect, in which you relax and warm your heart from the cold and inherently incorrect customers x which you work to repeat sooncompliments and thanks of heart"
