"Called in today with my Father as we have done a few times over the past months, Today was somewhat disappointing as we ordered what was a simple meal, scampi and chips and garden peas, Sadly the meal was not to our liking and we made our feelings known to the staff and manager. The chips were fried so much in fat that they were soggy, the scampi was poor quality and the peas were over cooked. I decided to leave the ice cream desert included in the price as my father was getting impatient with the place. We paid the bill £36 and hastily left, not a great experience ."

the first time that they visit yesterday the restaurant gardeners rest and will definitely go again. Eat arrived immediately, was well presented and very tasty. compliments to the cook! the staff was helpful, it was quite busy, but I sat fast, given time to look at the menu, then order in the location. a very good experience.

Average stock of well set out plants and outdoor sundries. Prices generally slightly higher than Fakenham or Thetford garden centres. Restaurant had a fairly limited menu (but battered haddock and chips was excellent) compared with rivals. Difficult to pin down, but we thought the whole place/staff, despite refurbishments, had a negative vibe.
