"We enjoyed our chasse meal at the Café des Fontaines last October so much we were eager to eat there again but all the restaurants in Switzerland have been closed for a very long time due to the COVID 19 pandemic. So as soon as they were allowed to re open we booked a table at the Café des Fontaines and two friends joined us. We chose the 79frs menu starter of tartare of tuna which was absolutely perfect and came with a small salad, Tagliata de boeuf sliced entrecôte with roquette and shavings of parmesan which was very tender and lovely to look at (and to eat! and for dessert there was an ardoise (slate with small helpings of six different desserts with an espresso if you wanted one. The crème brûlée and the tiramisu were amazing. One of our friends who doesn 't eat raw fish had the other starter on the menu a tomato risotto. She said she would go there again and again just to have that! The service was perfect and we are looking forward to going back! Many thanks to Emilie and the chef and the entire team! Note that it is a small place (and was full as well and with the current social distancing in force reservations are essential."

"Wir haben hier zwei Nächte verbracht, während wir im Hotel waren. Die Gastgeberin Kellnerin war ausgezeichnet und das Essen war gut zubereitet. Wir hatten das Prix Fixe-Menü am ersten Abend und es war eine Menge Essen, daher bestellten wir das nächste Mal von der Speisekarte.Obwohl das Essen als peruanisch vermarktet wird, sah ich nichts auf der Speisekarte, die spezifisch für Peru schien, aber das Essen war ausgezeichnet."

"So what about one of my favorite restaurants...it doesn't look like much in an industrial area...but the warm atmosphere and the welcome...giant...afterwards we talk about the pasta food madness ... it's the first time I've had the cook come out with the pan to offer extra at no extra charge ... and really very decent prices ... I go back there from time to time when I am in Martigny, for me it is an exceptional address for its simplicity, its sense of service and above all the quality of what it serves... I must have eaten there ten times, never disappointed Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CHF 20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"

"Restaurantbewertung den Campingplatz haben wir nicht genutzt Eine besondere Reise mit Papa Papa's Freunde besucht, nach 10 Jahren ein Wiedersehen der 3, kennen tun sie sich seit 1964 und diese hervorragenden Tage, mit einem besonderen Essen wobei Aïno's Kochkünste nahezu unerreichbar sind in diesem Restaurant abgeschlossen • Es war super lecker und der Service war sehr sympathisch ! "This restaurant with a well-earned reputation is run by an Italian family who arrived in this village high above Fully three generations ago and is accessible via a curved narrow route that should avoid the weakest, unless he has a small car. I barely managed to get to the Erié car park with my MB Marco Polo and a hike to the Fully Lake. The village of Chiboz is interesting with the history of the houses described on a board attached to its facade. There are interesting people to meet in this restaurant. Do you remember the introduction of Wallis Phrase, T’as où les vaches? The restaurant is especially well known for the game, but I was a bit early for the hunting season, so had to choose from their regular menu and a very well selected wine list with some of the best winemakers in Wallis. I recommend taking a hotel room on the restaurant when you drink wine and are trying to take the road back to Fully. A slightly lighter road goes east and then downhill to Ovronnaz. Bon appétit!"
