I had quasadillas for lunch. Took about ten minutes. Tables had been cleaned and one way system in operation. Food was tasty and staff checked customers were happy with their food and that they had logged into the track and trace app so I was impressed.

Brilliant place with traditional Mexican food! The burritos are delicious, even nachos with cheese dip were really good! This place has a fantastic vibe and atmosphere! Value for money. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended for Mexican food lovers!

I think it was the second time I've ever been there. The hot sauce is hot. But I just wanted more. I regret only having a little of it. Pulled pork, and almost all the fillings. Absolutely delicious. Will definitely go again, and bring friends. Staff were funny and friendly. View menu

I visited Tortilla in the Victoria Centre, Nottingham today and had a wonderful experience. The service, food, and value were all excellent. I was attended to by a young man named Jack, who was friendly, courteous, and very helpful. Tortilla is a lovely place to enjoy a meal.

First time here, amazing service as staff were incredibly helpful and patient with all the questions I had really appreciated Humera checking in and making sure that the food was okay and explaining how to eat my burrito without it falling apart , cant recommend enough! Will definitely be coming back

I usually don't write reviews, but the customer service we received during our meal was exceptional. A big thank you to Natasha, who assisted my cousin and me and went the extra mile to ensure we had a wonderful dining experience. She is truly an asset to the team. Really friendly staff: Nathaniel, Jack and Karen. Karen made our food. Offered us all the options, didn't mind when we wanted extras and smiled whilst explaining the options. Jack took our payment and brought our food and drinks to the table because we couldn't carry it. Nathaniel cleared our table once finished. All service with a smile and although quiet, they were all busy keeping the venue clean for anyone coming in. Delicious food too, great value for money!

Went to Tortilla for the first time ever and I would definitely come back!! The food was great and the staff serving me were extremely nice and attentive. The blonde girl was very patient as I took my time ordering due to being new to the place, which I really appreciated! Also appreciated the boy with glasses who checked up on me when I was sat down, asking me how everything was and if I enjoyed my food. Really shows much customers are valued here! Would definitely recommend!

I visited today for lunch and was impressed by the variety of options available, including plenty of vegetarian choices! Our servers, Moon (what a great name!) and Aryan, were incredibly friendly and helpful, pointing out some special offers. The food was expertly prepared by Julia, and Jess was also working diligently. This isn’t our first visit, and we will certainly return!
