Efes Cafe Bistro - Menu

I went with my 2 friends and we loved the food and drinks and the staff are really helpful. I have been in many times with my friends and family and highly recommend efes :

really amazing eating, went to dinner with a friend. had grill starter meze, then lamm iskander and friend had vegetable cuprole. would recommend efes for dinner as a lunch menu.

The bestest place in Dundee for your full english/scottish/Turkish breakfasts. Everything is cooked to order and very well received. Wonderful friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere. : xx

Had breakfast and lunch here on a day trip to Dundee. Good for a cooked breakfast and filled rolls. Great coffee too. They also have Turkish menu which we didn’t try. Very handy for the bus station.

we were so happy to eat here yesterday! we felt so welcome and loved the tutrkish mezze. order them from the black menu, they will not be disappointed! Live music on Wednesday, so we will be back! this place is so much more than almost food.

We stubbled upon this wee cafe very fortunately. The prices and food were amazing. All freshly made infront of the house. Such a nice welcoming atmosphere, very family vibe. Like sitting at your mums table for lunch. The portions were massive and we couldn’t finish our plates but we gave it a real good trip. Must try comfort food, we all fancy that now and again.

Walk past Efes corner and smell the odor of old cooking oil. Their extractor fan drips congealed fat onto the stairs of a disgusting doorway covered in graffiti. You get the feeling you and your clothes are going to take on that rancid smell. It's right beside a taxi rank too. Makes you cross the road to avoid walking down that side of the street. Food/Customer Service/Interior Decor and Price all decent enough.

great place! excellent eating too great to praise. my personal favorites are the breakfast rolls, the paprikapizza and the makkaronikäse, which are exceptionally good. great atmosphere, and very friendly, responsive, helpful staff. also they always have wonderful atmospheric music playing in the restaurant, the top quality vibe here! their live music nights are also a great experience. preserves more than 5 stars imo!

Visited last Saturday(1/2/20) for breakfast with my wife and son. Ordered three Scottish breakfasts. The food was terrible. Everything was deep fried appart for the bacon which was cold, and the fried egg which was destroyed. Could hardly eat any of it, and don't bother with the toast as they spread it with that horrible cheap spread rather than butter. The only thing(appart from the bacon) that was not overcooked was the black pudding which appeared nearly raw so we didn't eat that either. We could have compained, but thought it would make no difference so are advising on here instead. I would suggest avoiding at all costs.
