"Buena comida de empresa con amigos. Escogimos el menú ejecutivo, con tres entrantes: croqueta de queso manchega y pera confitada, bien; Brioche de pulled porc y encurtidos, con contraste de sabores, y revuelto de bacalao, mayo de piquillos y picada de piparra dulce, demasiado nombre para un revuelto. De segundo, a elegir entre Rape sobre reducción de gamba y crujiente de patata , que me dicen que estaba bueno, y Arroz de secreto ibérico, alcachofas y ajos tiernos servido en una paella con apenas un dedo de grosor de arroz. Estaba muy bueno de sabor y el arroz en su punto. El arroz lo acompañamos con un vino de Javier Sanz, verdejo D.O. Rueda. Recomendable. De postres, bocaditos variados al centro para compartir. Cafés e infusiones. 25€ por comensal. Bien, recomendable, buena relación caludad-precio."

Qué maravilla de restaurante! Comimos por trabajo, metiendo prisa y, aún así, impecables de principio a fin. El menú, compuesto por croqueta, , brioche con bacalao, humus y arroz con rape, espectacular. Un sitio de lo más recomendable, al que volveré sin dudarlo. Encantadores y muy profesionales.
