"Sorpresa total e inmejorable la experiencia en Mélida Wines adonde me ha llevado la curiosidad por conocer el lugar que ha merecido el Premio al Mejor Resraurante Rural de España 2024 para la Asociación Española de Turismo Rural (Asetur En un lugar slow que cuenta con una bodega y casa rural, una cuidada ,saludable,diversa y muy creativa gastronomía en un menú degustación de seis platos .Aún hsy más : han sido merecedoras de un reconocimiento a la Igualdad pues su equipo humano está conformado por siete mujeres jóvenes pero muy formadas y profesionales. Recomendable experiencia turística rural no apta para quienes creen que el tocino es de oveja ,esto es : que en el mundo rural se puede crear sin creer en él y en una misma ! "the palace mill restaurant is located in an idyllic place. when they took me to the same they had spoken very well of him, but I thought what they said was for food, what was wrong was! the environment is worth the visit and if you can taste a good gastronomic offer as it is said colloquially honey in the brochures. the restaurant is located in an old flour mill of the twentieth century that has been rehabilitated to give it its current restaurant function. from all over the restaurant what hit me the most, and surely also makes you, is one of the dining rooms that has a wide glazing as a soil that allows to observe the water that used to run the mill. at the time of booking request table in that dining room, it is a spectacular place. The two building materials that predominate in the restaurant are stone and wood, although the corridors allow to see a certain air of modernity. The restaurant closes dinners on Sundays and Mondays. so the dining rooms can sit at 150 diners. and we go now to the gastronomic offer, well, offers a cared letter with a very high amount that will be added dishes from the Castilian cuisine. "We came on a Saturday and there was a letter. the site is not very big but it is perfect. friendly staff and fast service. He's got meat and fish. if you are vegetarian there is no choice, but they adapt to oted or in our case they made us some vegetables on the dish. rich desserts. Maybe the price of the letter in some things something high, although it was very rich. you can park without any problem as it is inside a parking lot of a boat. is by car about five minutes from the peñafiel castle."

"Fuimos a comer un domingo y la experiencia resultó ESPECTACULAR!!! Al llegar nos enseñaron la bodega de vinos del restaurante y es increíble! Para terminar la visita nos invitaron a una copa de uno de los mejores cavas de España. Luego entramos en el restaurante y nos dieron un pequeño tour por las cocinas en las que nos prepararon unos pequeños bocados EXCEPCIONALES!! Seguidamente nos sentamos en la mesa y empieza el menú degustación. Todos los platos tenían un hilo conductor que era la conservación de alimentos, y cada elaboración era EXQUISITA. No hicimos el maridaje pero tomamos una botella de Pago de Carraovejas impresionante. La vajilla, la cubertería, la cristalería ESPECTACULARES. El servicio impecable, muy amables, súper profesionales y atentos. El café nos lo sirvieron en la zona de bar con unas vistas al castillo de Peñafiel PRECIOSAS! El precio, por toda la experiencia desde el Minuto cero hasta que sales por la puerta, es muy correcto. Sin ninguna duda volveremos cada vez que podamos a disfrutar de este excepcional restaurante."
