"Where do I start?! 1. It took ages for our drinks order to be taken and then 30 minutes wait to receive them although we were the only ones there apart from one other couple already eating. 2.Two starters came out together with a main course. 3. The 3rd starter came out wrong, and we had to wait ages to get the waiters attention to sort it and receive it. 4. One main course came out wrong, chicken instead of pork. 5. The last main course came out HALF AN HOUR after our mains were finished, after asking twice for it. 6. Second drinks order came in dribs snd drabs, two drinks were wrong and one never turned up at all. The waiting staff were completely oblivious to the diners, at times nowhere to be seen. I have to say the food was lovely, but it was a very frustrating experience. It's a shame because it's a lovely setting with good food but totally inept waiters and waitresses. As we left, the greeter at the desk only just managed to tear herself away from her mobile phone to bid us farewell. WE WILL NEVER RETURN."

I loved the site for the atmosphere and the decoration. The waiters were kind. I went to just tape, so the food can't judge her very much. View menu

Menu only in Spanish. They have the best location but the food was like something you could get from a beach bar nothing special only expensive.

a super nice place on the shore of the Mediterranean. service depends a lot on when you go and how full it is. the food is very varied because there are different restaurants within the same space. View menu

The service this evening at the restaurant has been as awfully as the other comments you can read of 2020, 2019 etc. No improvement!!! This seems to be their motto: bad and slow service . You wait for 1 hour for a salad, 1,5 for a burger or a meat dish. They communicate only upon demand and then as hillbilly’s. Disappointing to see how they run down a lovely place.

Started off ok, gorgeous scenery (stunning) we asked for a table just for drinks (it was approx 3:30pm) and very quiet. A nice lady served us drinks (black lady) who was polite and hospitable. Following this we were basically ignored for the 1.5 hours we were there, my partner tried to get someone’s attention only to be told he wasn’t a waiter (but we noted he worked behind reception and instead spent the entire time flirting with what looked to be his girlfriend). We would have expected he would have told a waiter to come serve us but instead the lazy so and so went and stood behind the reception doing absolutely sweet FA. Terrible service, staff completely avoid serving you (avoiding eye c...

"A Jewel of Spanish Gastronomy: La Gamba La Gamba, a small but remarkable restaurant located in the heart of the vibrant city, is an untapped paradise for all connoisseurs. Its ability to offer authentic Spanish gastronomy in a cozy, homely atmosphere makes it an obvious choice for a memorable culinary experience. Upon entering, the charming atmosphere of the rustic yet sophisticated interior welcomes you. Warm lighting, vintage pictures on the walls, and the rich aroma of Spanish food combine to give you an instant feeling of being at home. The atmosphere is truly something to brag about and sets the scene for the first class service that follows. A special mention goes to Robert, a waiter whose passion and dedication to his profession shines through from the moment he greets you at the door. Robert has a unique ability to make guests feel especially taken care of, without it being overwhelming. His eye for detail, his knowledge of the menu and his willingness to go the extra mile to accommodate the customer 's requests is truly remarkable. The food at La Gamba is pure gastronomic art. From the perfectly fried gambas, to the juicy paellas, each dish is an explosion of flavors. It is clear that pride is taken in using fresh, high quality ingredients, and the skill in the cooking is evident. One of the highlights was the signature dish, 'Gamba a la Plancha ', whose taste was as impressive as its presentation. The succulent prawns, seasoned to perfection and grilled on a traditional plancha, were in one word: heavenly. Even the dessert menu left us impressed, with a 'Churros con Chocolate ' good enough to elicit spontaneous applause from the table. The churros, golden and crispy, were served with a dark chocolate fountain that was richly creamy and luxurious. Bottom line, La Gamba delivers an unbeatable combination of fantastic food, excellent service, and an atmosphere that feels both luxurious and relaxed. A visit here is more than just a meal, it 's a total experience and much of this can be attributed to the fantastic service provided by Robert. If you 're looking for authentic Spanish food in a warm, inviting environment, look no further than La Gamba.
