Carbonara had cream also smoked bacon and parmisan aso I was told which is not italian they use pecorino cheese and spaghetti water to make the sauce and either pigs cheek or panchetta that other than that the food was excellent and the staff was very good.

Can't rate this place highly enough! Right from the great booking process, the attentive service, to the exceptional food, all excellent. All the food was amazing with very generous portions. Extensive gf options available. We had a fantastic family meal and left very fat and happy. View menu

fantastic restaurant. have 50th birthday as surprise for him. eating was fantastic, personal really friendly and service spot on. so well organized with our big party and 2 other parties all at once and we all have the right eating within seconds mutual! it was amazing! have been here for years and will continue!

the best in the city! visited this place several times with family and friends and they are guaranteed a good night! excellent eating, can recommend the fillet steak! service fab, staff can not do enough for them and are very friendly and chatty. menu selection excellent. can't break the atmosphere here at all! Friday evenings are ingenious with entertainment, even the waiters sing really well! booked to go back and want to book for christmas with the girls already. hidden gem.

A hidden gem! This restaurant is a real treasure with fantastic food and service. The high quality is evident by the fact that it's nearly impossible to get a table without a reservation. The waiter guided us through the specials menu, and we both chose dishes like mushrooms stuffed with pate in a tomato sauce. The food had a very authentic Italian flavor, not overly seasoned like some Italian food in the UK, but delicate and subtle. I also appreciated that the kitchen is visible from the restaurant, showing that everything is cooked fresh. Overall, a restaurant with nothing to hide. And don't forget to test the waiter's Italian accent with a Yorkshire twist. View menu
