"with the desire to go back to Mexican food we visited the enchilada in bruchsal. a very nice ambiente over two days emphasizing the gas. After studying the map we decided for the tres miniburritos three small filled weizentortillas. the fillings consisted beside the obligatory bornmus, barbecue vegetables, cheese and Mexican rice with quinoa made of rinderhack "chili con carne chicken and jackfruit. For me also a chance to finally try this so hydrated jackfruit. to the burritos there were still bowls with sour cream, guacamole and picco de gallo a pick-up sauce from chopped tomatoes, swirling, coriander and chili-shots. The whole thing was garnished with some taco chips and fresh coriander. now my resentment: first the jackfruit came to the series. the consistency of the meat, but I found the taste too sweet in this dish. the little one was good, but it was a bit more weight. best I found the burrito with the bark. I found the rice in the burritos, which is better than an adjunct. from the salsas the picco de gallo tasted best, followed by the guacamole. the service was very friendly, unfortunately we got the food before the drinks. I guess the arrangement didn't work. two mojito, once with and once without alcohol, were released. both cocktails were fresh and delicious. Conclusion: typical Tex-Mex cuisine, taste and prices in order. authentic Mexican cuisine should not be expected."
