"Interesting evening! I had an 8:30 reservation but service quite slow due to a busy fully booked restaurant with 2 lovely and friendly waitresses and a nice owner at first, who was the ONLY one seating and taking all orders for the entire restaurant inside and outside). After waiting quite some time to place our order—I mistakenly took a recommendation for my son’s order from the owner after his initial choice of pork dish was already finished for the evening. After the long wait to order food, it totally slipped my mind to even asked her what was in the recommended chicken dish—which had peanuts my son is allergic to). I will say they ask online to mentioned allergies etc. but felt she also should have asked us about allergies before giving her unwarranted recommendation. Now, what was disappointing is though I took full accountability for not asking—the owner just smiled and accepted I pay entirely for this dish on top of still ordering another meal for my son. No real apology from her nor did she take any accountability not professional and no etiquette). Now, on to the meals—his dumpling soup was average and did not match soup perhaps wrong choice). My shrimp dish barely had any shrimps and I believe they rationed off maybe 4 small shrimps I’m probably being generous on how many shrimps was actually in this dish). It was a few chopped pieces breaded and fried in sweet and sour sauce then mixed in a bowl of mostly spicy peppers, onions expensive for that it was). This dish was overpowered by peppers, onions, celery etc. It really was missing the main opening act—“The SHRIMP”! "

Just another localized not so authentic Chinese foods, despite it seems always busy and popular. Acceptable place if you crave for something sweet and spicy. Fine Tsingtao beer is available which matched good with the Spicy eggplant dish.

The restaurant has very low ceiling crammed with tables and lots of deep fried food, too much oily food, same sweet and sour source out of a supermarket bottle for half the dishes. There are lots of better Chinese restaurants in Lyon. Service was good...though...

I lived in London for Six years, I used to work close to Chinatown. My surprise this gem in Lyon! The service is excellent! The food no words! The porc buns super good but the best the Aubergines sucree ! Apparently are the speciality of...the house We live close so for sure we wil visit a lot!

A true traditional Chinese restaurant: no nems, no sushis, no pad thai, only genuine Chinese cuisine. Guests are welcome to share dishes, and it's lucky because you want to taste everything on the menu! The tasting specials for is a great start if it's...your first visit. Very good restaurant which deserves its very good rating. It was a discovery for me this evening and it has become my favorite Chinese restaurant in Lyon. The waitresses are very pleasant and very helpful, we received very good advice on our dishes. The dishes were just delicious, we enjoyed ourselves. For people who like spicy food, I recommend the shredded chicken pot which was very good.

August Not many choices out there in Lyon at the moment and certainly not many that are aware and protected. Engimlno was brilliant tonight, keeping everyone at a safe distance from other customers and ensuring cleanliness was at the forefront of their service....The food was exceptional. Service was brilliant and staff warm and welcoming. Would definitely go back if our stay in Lyon was longer.

When I went to Lyon with a family trip, I visited. We have a lot of trips so far, but we are the best among the middle of eating. It’s much more delicious than the advanced Chinese food stores that even eat in Seoul. If you are looking for a remuneration next to the remuneration, you want to revisit. Très belle découverte. La carte est très riche, de plat très savoureux, originaux. On n 'est pas du tout dans les clichés de cartes pan-asiatique standardisées et européanisées, à partir d 'ingrédients pré-fabriqués. C 'est frais, préparé sur place, et ça se sent De vraies découvertes savoureuses comme les aubergines au vinaigre, la cocotte de tripes aux piments, le canard présenté dans de petites crêpes... Service très attentionné, en restant discret. On vous encourage, par la présentation et la succession progressive des plats, à les partager entre convives en goutant de tout. On reviendra !

Four of us ate here after are first choice Thai restaurant was closed!!! Tuff there loss lol, Chinese is a bit hit and miss for me and especially when in Europe so wasn’t expecting much but was pleasantly surprised! The waitress that served us spoke...some English and with my broken French she helped us with choosing are dishes and she really knew the menu very well! In the end we ended up with different meat dishes and veg dishes and rice. The dishes were quite large and very tasty so it really was a feast topped of with Chinese beer all at a very reasonable price! Would definitely recommend this place if your thinking of eating here. I would return to this place if in Lyon and wanting Chin...
