"Outstanding food, wine, service. Located within an upscale Marriott hotel this restaurant is standout. We had an aperitif at the hotel first and the difference in ambience between the hotel and restaurant was marked. Food as expected was standout but what made it for us, as always, was the exceptional service. Such a committed, passionate and friendly staff, from waiters to sommelier to maitre d' all so willing and keen to share their expertise so generously. And friendly which in these strange times makes such a difference. The monkfish course beef coursevwere just HEAVEN! And the petit fours just wow. Juliana introduced us to some fantastic Spanish wines. A really special evening thank you."

Comparado con otros estrellas michelin donde he estado tiene mucho que mejorar, nada especial que recordar. Hay mejores sitios en Mallorca y con mejores vistas también. He de decir que el camarero jovencito que presentaba los platos nos atendió muy bien. View menu

We celebrated our 18th wedding anniversary at Es Fum. The food was outstanding In every way. Vicky our waitress was knowledgable and accommodating. The variation of flavours and quality of ingredients was excellent and the chef coming out at the end was the icing on the cake. Definitely deserving of the Michelin star!

We went to dinner. the hotel is spectacular and everything is very careful. We took the tasting menu, which was really very good, with several very rich dishes. The tasting menu costs per person. We accompany it with two white pink beers each (to the unit) and a coffee in total, each one we pay a place for special occasions that is worth it.

a fantastic and romantic evening. from the beginning the deal has been exceptional. the management of the times, the explanations and above all the very good food. We have been lucky to be cared for by hassan (jas,) a lovely boy who has known how to make our experience even more special. He has explained everything with mime and detail and was proud of the mardavall team. View menu

During our stay at the Mardavall Hotel, I celebrated my birthday at Es Fum. The Michelin star is well deserved and the squid ink ravioli was my favourite dish, We loved every course of the tasting menu and we were seated at an excellent table on the terrace. The service was slick and unhurried. The chef came and chatted to us and at the end they brought a cake with a candle. The quality of the ingredients and execution of t(e dishes were better than some Michelin restaurants in London! 10/10.

"I would have cooked a large group for Friday fish and chips in another city, but not again with the food in animal fat. so it was from me to Rosita’s, a small bistro style restaurant that I last visited a few years...ago then it was for a light lunch, this time was a conscious effort to explore a Friday tradition. in a fairly early evening I got a small but reasonable table after a welcoming reception. I had a glass estrella galicia that is not my favorite beer and the order was prepared incredibly fast. the fish was a seaweed, a favorite of my grandmother, and fortunately not overdue as it is too often the case. batter was neither incredibly crisp nor soggy and only the right coating. chips had a good taste and not the double or three times roasted sort, but as good as you would get from a traditional frit. mushy were inherited, well, muddy inherited. general lemon and much tartaric acid sauce in a bowl. all for under plus the beer that has worked for a large glass. certainly cheaper and better than many comparable British restaurants where the environment would have been strong and sterile and with a penetrating smell of fat. rositas seems to have a fairly regular clientele and while I did not find any Spanish accent. I paid the bill and went to my friends who were just serving their fat platelets, and had a guinness that was not so good, and their artery cloged meals were more. I was the better choice."
