if they are living in the opposite and they have not been in Essenza, they really need to – it will quickly become new “local” and for those of you who do not live in the opposite, Essenza is worth the trip.

My wife and I dined at Essenza for the first time last night. Both service and food were exceptional. We started with a glass of Prosecco, then shared a calamari and prawn starter, before moving to Spaghetti Vongole and Ossobuco for our mains. The Ossobuco was probably the best I have had and perfectly paired with saffron risotto and my wife was very pleased with her Vongole. Altogether a perfect experience, we will definitely return.

Local very Italian both the reception and the food, in a very romantic but also very youthful neighborhood. The accurate service, helpful, cheerful and kind in particular the waiter with the tail but also the owners. Italian Mediterranean food, excellent simple and quality ingredients.
