"I can’t complain about the food but reading all the other reviews I was expecting a better service. First of all we were asked if we wanted to sit at the cheapest hotel restaurant even though we reserved at the Esslibris Restaurant!! We weren’t asked whether we wanted to drink wine until after the starters came and we felt we were kind of ignored to be honest even though we were guests of the hotel, eating at the hotel restaurant and spending about without drinks. Even when we left tip the waitress did not even thank us! So for that price range you expect a better service unfortunately"

The restaurant offers really great food in a quiet, appealing ambience, a well-stocked wine selection with excellent service! You should definitely try the Hokkaido pumpkin soup and the ox cheeks, if they are currently on offer! In summer you can sit comfortably on the terrace
