Good food and service and wonderful place to meet friends in their beer garden or patio seating areas. We went here several times with different people during our recent vacation to the area. They have good dinner options at very reasonable prices. When the weather...is nice they have many options for sitting outside in the shade under umbrellas or under the large trees in the beer garden View menu

Really nice atmosphere, nice food, nice location. The restaurant has three different areas; the main restaurant, the terrace and the beer garden. The food is amazing, in the middle of green areas giving the restaurant a very pleasant feeling. This place is perfect for going...with friends, your partner or family. In summer I can specially recommend to pay a visit to the beer garden with friends

Lovely location with good service however we must have caught it on an evening when the main chef was off duty. French onion soup very watery, Coq au vin was more like a ragout and the roquefort steak's swam in sauce. Presenation not the best....However the restaurant appeared to be very popular paticularly for family birthday celebrations for elderly family members so obviously locals enjoy the food. We will not be going back however

the location is very quiet on the Rhine banks of the staudamm, but with view of the river. the restaurant is very small and with old furniture. in front of the restaurant there is a small terrace with a dozen tables. in addition there is a large garden on the right side and lower. at the end of the garden is a children's playground. the service is extremely friendly and the food is good. especially the tarte is recommended. the location is also accessible by car. The location is situated verycalm at the riverside of Rhine at the dam, but withour river view. The restaurant is smal and tiny with old mobiliar. In front of the restaurant is a smal terrace with a dozen tables. In addition there is a big...beergarden at the right sight and lower situated. At the end of the garden there is a children's playground. The service is extreme friendly and the food isgood. Especially the tarte is recommended. The location is reachable also by car

I was in Mannheim for a week and ate her twice....for a couple of reasons: the atmosphere and food plus the stunning view of the Rhine Review. The Estragon is nestled at the edge of the park where walkers, joggers, bikers and couples come to...enjoy the beautiful outdoors. The Estragon has ample outdoor seating and a large variety of beerwine and food. The first visit I had the mushroom soup delicious! On our second visit I had poached salmon on a potatopea mash. So good! Service is a little slow because it is always very busy, but they are polite and efficient

I was in Mannheim for a week and ate them twice. for a few reasons: the atmosphere and eating plus the breathtaking view of the rhein review. the estragon is located at the rande of the park, where hikers, joggers, biker and couples come to enjoy the beautiful outdoor activities. the estragon has plenty of seats in the free and a large selection of beer/wine and eat. the first visit I had the mushroom soup (delicious)! at our second visit, I had shaken salmon on a potato pea mash. so good! service is a little slow because it is always very busy, but they are polite and efficient.
