"War heute mit Freunden essen, wir hatten eine Antipasti Platte, und Bruscetta ein Freund hatte Gamba als Vorspeise. Alle drei Platten waren lecker - nur. Ei den Gamba war Dill drauf. Als Hauptspeise hatten wir Pizza, Spaghetti Vongole und Spaghetti Frutti du Mare. Die Spaghetti waren eher norditalienisch gewürzt (allerdings auch mit Dill), aber gut gekocht. Als Rotwein wurde Lambrusco und Chianti angeboten - leider haben wir erst auf dem Weg nach draußen gesehen, das auch Anatoli und bessere Weine im Programm sind. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Die Bedienung hatte heute Schwierigkeiten die Gänge Synchron zu servieren (was mit dem Krankenstand in der Küche zu tuen hatte) aber sonst aufmerksam und nicht drängend. War ein gelungener Abend!!"

"Very large and crowded place, dining room very large, but beautiful atmosphere. Very large menu, and many options for food. Fishmenus are only available on fridays. We had a mixed grill (6 varieties of meat, but the meat was very dry (could be precooked and reheated). Fries and salads on the side were ok. for appetizers we had mushrooms (very damp in oily sauce, and the variety of warm appetizers. Looks like all vegetarian snacks. We thought Squid rings were in the plate, but they seemed very dry (as only dough and no squid was in. Hopefully this experience was a onetimer, my first time in this place, our friends had other (better experience in the past. The ouzo on the house made a little :"

"Hallo,vor ca. 3 Wochen wurde rechtzeitig ein Tisch fuer 10 Personen fuer Ostersonntag reserviert. Dort ankommen am Termin lag keine Reservierung vor oder ein freier Tisch war nicht vorhanden, ebenso war der Chef nicht anwesend. Das jungendliche Personal verfuegte nicht ueber ein Krisenmanagement, war schlichtweg mit der Situation voellig ueberfordert und hilflos. Folgende, unprofessionelle Angebote wurden gemacht:1. Am naechsten Tag wieder zu kommen oder2. Auf der Kegelbahn im Keller zu essenSorry, um am Ostersonntag einen Betrag von ca. 300 Euro auszugeben kann ich andere, professionellere Restaurants besuchen.Der Kuechenchef, Herr Over.... eigentlich zustaendig fuer die Kueche und nicht den Servicebereich, regelte dann die Veraergerung mit einem kleinen Gutschein.Ein Restaurant in dieser Größenordnung sollte ueber ein professionelles, verbindliches Reservierungssystem verfuegen und nicht jede ungelernte Hilfskraft oder Schuelerin ans Telefon lassen um Reservierungen entgegen zu nehemen. Hier ist nicht die Hilfskraft zu kritisieren sondern die Geschaeftsleitung, welche wie oben beschrieben nicht anwesend war, wohlgemerkt bei ausverkauftem Haus. Ein vernuenftiges, funktionierendes Buchungssytem war ebenfalls nicht erkennbar.Uebrigens wird hier der Eindruck vermittelt jeden Tisch auf Teufel komm raus finanziell zu vermarkten ohne Ruecksicht auf moegliche, erforderliche [email protected]"

"Greek restaurant Byzantium has been my favorite place to eat Greek food for years. I come here monthly and have never been disappointed. The food is always excellent – hot and rich in flavour. Over the years I have tried several Greek restaurants, but none compare to Byzantium. The service is also always friendly and fast. Even if we come with a large group, all the food is served at the same time, so that everyone can enjoy a delicious hot dish together. In terms of price-quality ratio, Byzantium deserves a big 10. While many restaurants nowadays raise prices considerably, Byzantium still remains affordable. You really get value for your money here and you never leave hungry. In short, an absolute must for those who love tasty Greek food and good service!"

"Wandered in and were treated to an amazing evening. Love the decor with beautiful fall coloured leaves scattered about the floor. Beer selection is impressive although they were out of the one Chemay we wanted. The olive appetizers were scrumptious. We couldn 't get enough of heir home-made 'oil ' sauce that the olives came in. I can still taste it a day later and that is a good thing! We had the chicken sate and without doubt, the most tender chicken I can recall eating. Fabulous. The sate sauce was okay, Would have liked a little more 'edge ' to it but still it was fine. The portion of fries was HUGE. Very tasty with lots of little side dishes. The garlic mayo was made 'girly ' strength. Would have liked something stronger to deal with those pesky vampires! Overall a fantastic meal. Great service. A definite return visit is in order!"
