"a few weeks ago in staithes and went to the hill to get fish and chips on the first night. a lively little place. it was amazingly clean and we all agreed that it was the best fishing and chips of all time. the service was in front of place! the beautiful dame that served me and then my sohn (as I missed some chips of order) was fantastic and the young boys sort the commands that we do a great work. well made for providing such good service and eating"

Holidaying in Staithes the first night I went to the 'chippie ' really nice and very friendly staff, chips great, and fish cooked to order. Great tasting and decent portions. Highly recommended

Very friendly service and I loved that there is a board up that tells you where the fish comes from, even down to the name of the boat that fought it for that week. Above average food quality too.

probably the best fishing and inheriting we had. very fresh, very tasty fish, beautiful crisp teig, melt in mouth. extremely well organized service. it was recommended by some ladies, whose house we had parked outside and it was not disappointed!

I recently called for the first time since I had heard so many good things about the place. I wasn't disappointed. the quality of the fish was excellent, boiled in bark drop, along with the chips, my whole meal was great! By the way, the staff were so friendly, and the place was scissually clean!

we had arrived here today for our lunch, we were happy after our walk in staithes and runswick bay on fish and chips at the sea. we found this place on google maps when we were in the opposite. our meals were delicious, the cod in beautiful crispy teig, chips and mushy peas were delicious, best we had in very long time, will definitely visit again when we are over. 100% recommended if they are close to, they will not be disappointed
