"Beautiful gastronomic discovery in Nérac in Lot et Garonne. We had salads, perfect for an evening meal after a very long drive. Very original and surprising, an explosion of flavors in the mouth with their salty/sweet frozen accompaniment, homemade creations, subtle but perfectly recognizable taste, the foie gras, Espelette pepper/pepper ice cream, as well as the porcini mushroom ice cream are a real treat Looking forward to going back this week to discover their toast accompanied by other flavors, each more surprising than the last. Beautiful setting with beautiful terrace on the banks of the Baïse. I highly recommend for anyone who likes to discover new flavors"
