"We normally don't frequent places that shill you inside (a man claiming to be the owner, who dropped his Italian accent as soon as I answered him in Italian . But we were hungry, and persuaded by a good Italian menu. I will say that the...food was very good, varied and well presented. We shared a nice shaved-artichoke salad and good pastas, paccheri and pappardelle. Our friends got pizza and swordfish. It was all on the pricey side, however (ah, Paris! , and a simple request to give us separate checks (we were two couples was simply not taken seriously by our female server, who seemed kind of annoyed at us all evening. Sure enough, when we got the bill, it was one check. Instead she had grouped the items we had ordered by couple. Not sure how that helped, since we still had to add it up ourselves. And at those prices, really?"

Third visit to this restaurant. The service is always quick and the food also very good. Will return without a doubt.

Our hotel nearby recommended this restaurant for Italian. The service was great, genuine Italian och the food was how a real pasta should taste like.

Nice setting. Food mediocre and service deplorable. Could not wait to get customers out to lock up. Certainly not traditional italian fare. Not recommended.

We have eaten here a number of times and had 2 good meals and 1 disappointment. Not sure if down to chef on duty or owner being present. The cooking is fresh but ingredients seem to have been reduced on each visit. Also the wine price is way OTT for the quality of meals being offered. Need to look elsewhere for better costed table wines for basic pasta and pizza meals.

we went to dinner and shared a plate with something weeping. the plate should be presented for 2 but on a lunch plate. there wasn't much and it looked like that. a larger plate with the same food. better. it was good, although the tomatoes had absolutely no taste and the minute amounts of brokkoli and red paprika were disappointing. Maybe we try it again for the pizza or risotto that seem to be their specialties.

Ventured in without checking trip advisor first. I was optimistic about the specials posted on the boards at the entrance. They were understaffed so the service was very slow. I ended up,ordering a simple veal scaloppine. It was tough as a piece of leather and was completely unseasoned. The pasta, although fresh, was a covered with a red sauce the wasn't much more than unseasoned tomato purée. I wouldn't recommend.

We booked an offer via The Fork to dine at Fame da Lupo in January. The restaurant itself is quite opulent and has a pleasant setting. The food was tasty, but was served lukewarm which was a little disappointing. Service was mixed, we had one...waiter who was friendly and keen to attend to our questions when we asked. But our other waitress was not particularly friendly and made us feel a little uncomfortable. I may return to this restaurant in the future, however that would be dependent on an improvement in the service.
