"Went to have an evening meal. Service was good. Ordered tuna steak with crushed potatoes and an olive and tomato salsa and vegetables. Got Tuna steak and chips and vegetables When pointed out that meal did not resemble what was on the menu got a strange response from the manager that the olive oil used in the salsa was not gluten free? I had not requested a gluten free meal. Other meals were ok.Disappointing."

Lovely country pub which is dog friendly and food was smashing. Even though we arrived in the middle of a power cut, they couldn’t do enough to ensure our room and meal was exactly what we needed! Better food here with no electric than we’d had elsewhere on the trip with full power supply! Love the motoring decor .. will be back! NB: campervan parking available for free if buying a meal
