"By now I stop staring when I am in Castelfranco on aperitif time or dinner. The concept of the young children who animate is current and original, where aperitifs, dinner and after dinner are intertwined making the evenings always different and unique. Rooms furnished with taste, refined, lends itself to any kind of occasion, large outdoor space. Very interesting wine charter, small grains of the territory and of Oltralpe, a drink list of authors from creeps and the never banal bistro part with an eye of the raw material and modern preparations (the red turnip tartare will always remain in the heart). Of course, all this cannot be held up unless thanks to the passion and professionalism that the boys always put (even in the most demanding evenings always have a smile and a word for everyone). Talking with them about wines and cocktails is a real pleasureForza boys!"

"My first restuarant I tried in Castelfranco (another TripAdvisor recommendation! as it was close to my hotel and after a long day, I didn't feel like walking very far! It is situated just inside the old gate (on the right hand side on the main road through the old town, Via FM Preti. The menu is prominently displayed outside the small outdoor seating area and when you enter the premises, you are opposite the bar and you are welcomed immediately by a charming lady who shows you to your table and leaves you with a very weighty menu in English! (This is not to say that the menu is large it isn't that big but it is contained in a heavy cover! The tables are nicely set with white table linen, sparkling cutlery and glassware, and a oil lamp on each table. The speciality of the house is fish and it comes in all shapes, sizes and guises! Once you've given your order to the friendly waitress, you have time to look around the extraordinary decor of the room; there are painted panels on the walls, collections of all sorts of things, painted hangings on the ceiling, vases of fresh and dried flowers, crystal chandeliers and so on you need to make a return visit just to take everything in! The service is excellent and my starter of home made linguine with fresh salmon soon arrived. My main course was a grilled seabass with a dish of seasonal vegetables it was perfectly grilled and had a wonderful flavour. For a sweet, I was recommended to try the home made creme caramel I love creme caramel and this was oine of the best I've tasted. I rounded off my meal with an espresso and this came with a proper dessert; a dish containing nuts and fruit, sweet biscuits and macaroons a proper dessert! I don't normally take pictures of my food but this deserved a picture! This was my most expensive meal in Castelfranco coming in at €61 for 3 courses, beer, espresso and dessert but I thought it was worth every penny! And judging by the number of people coming in whilst I was eating, so do a lot of other people!"

"This is a very nice restaurant. A bit hard to find but just up a few stairs to the right beside the clock tower. Reservation recommended. Excellent service, food and wine. The cheese ball appetizer was cute, tiny and delicious. The salmon with bacon was an interesting starter. The waiter recommended the beef cheek and it paired nicely with a Villbella Amerone (as did the brownie dessert). Our only complaint was that there was no soup. Oh well, maybe next time."

"Domenica siamo in zona Castelfranco Veneto e non trovando posto nei 3-4 ristoranti conosciuti cercando sul web ci cade l’occhio su l’Osteria Pironetomosca. Le recensioni sono di ottimo livello e incuriositi dal nome decidiamo di telefonare . Fortunatamente troviamo l’ultimo tavolo per due rimasto e prenotiamo. Il ristorante si trova a circa 3 Km dal centro di Castelfranco è appena arrivati notiamo la porta d’ingresso con molti adesivi della guida Osterie d’Italia e questo per me è stato già sinonimo di qualità. E in effetti è stato così. Una cucina della tradizione con pasta fatta in casa, materie prime di qualità a km 0 che seguono la stagionalità. Un servizio attento e con i giusti tempi nonostante il locale fosse pieno. E non ultimo un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Il Pironetomosca è stato sicuramente una piacevole scoperta ed è in ristorante che assolutamente consiglierei. Bravi"
