"One of the best lunches I ever had. Both my wife and I agreed and booked to go again. Recommend this place to everyone but would advise you to book. Nearby activities: Coastal resort and harbour without the funfair plenty of shops and eateries. Walkability: Loads of parking so easy walking. Unfortunately local authorities are trying to dissuade you from stopping by charging exorbitant fees. Food drinks: Plenty of places to eat but I bet not as good as the Harbour Master! Noteworthy details: Public toilets are not free with cold water and no hand driers working. Be sure to use facilities where you have your coffee or meal."

"We stopped by for lunch at a delightful restaurant with a modern and relaxed atmosphere. I ordered the tapas mussels and belly pork, while my mom opted for the sea bass. The mussels were cooked perfectly and the sauce was delicious. The belly pork wasn't as crispy as expected, but still tasty. The sea bass was nicely cooked and served with delicious fries. The only downside was that there was too much dressing on the salad, so we may ask for it on the side next time. It was a bit on the expensive side, but the quality of the food was worth it."

"arrived and got seated 20 mins after our booking time, we arrived 10 mins early, for a place with 9 tables they seem to be running around alot‍. Tables were sticky, definitely not wiped down or cleaned properly, we even had to go up and collect our own cutlery!! (i am outraged) , i would like to add im trying to continue our review but its been 45 mins and we havent had any food, we were told the carvery guy would tell us when to come up, i feel forgotton. got our carvery: NO **** MASH POTATOES?!?!?! almost everythin was empty i was scraping the tin for peas. not suitible for picky eaters, only broccoli and califlower was covered in cheese only 2 meats, turkey or beef all sauces ran out not worth the hours wait for food no the hours wait for permission to get food we served ourself the photo is what the picky eater was left with ‍ ‍"

"Lovely restaurant in the heart of Aberaeron, next to the harbour. Was desperate for lunch so came to the first place I found after a hike. Table available which was nice as it was a busy lunch hour. Waiters and waitresses all dress up quite nice, tables service. I felt a little underdressed perhaps, I didn't really know the expectation until I walked in. I'd been hiking along the coastal path all morning so my hair was blown, I had ripped jeans and trainers. It's not a dressy restaurant, perhaps a nicer top and smarter shoes would've been better. Looks like it's a popular restaurant for groups, brunches etc. Very nice food, had a chicken burger and chips, can't fault it."

"We were on holiday in Llanon and the cottage we stayed in had a power cut which meant that I couldn’t wash my hair or have a coffee- it had been a difficult morning. We went into this hotel desperate for a coffee and we...were treated with hostility. We stood in the doorway surrounded by demanding notices of what you couldn’t do due to Covid and we were ignored by the staff. Eventually a female member of staff glanced up shouted across- we’re Not doing food. My husband said it wasn’t a problem as we only wanted coffee. I then asked for a decaf skinny latte and was told aggressively by (I think the manager) we don’t do skinny to which I said that was fine (being made to feel like a nuisance). After several minutes he then shouted across at us we haven’t got decaf. At which point we thanked him said we’d leave it. I left there in tears. He made an already frustrating day ten times worse, made us feel very unwelcome and a nuisance and coloured the start of the holiday for me. Thanks a lot we won’t ever go back there certainly will never recommend it. Not that they will probably care. If you don’t like English tourists then maybe you should re-think your career choice."
